Belonging and inclusion have been hallmarks of the Amplify Talent community since our first leadership development cohort in May 2021. We regularly publish our demographics to help new members understand the space they’re entering. 

There are two ways to join

You can join as a Community Member at no cost.

This membership provides access to Community spaces that include public events/AMAs, a Community chat, a community jobs board, and our Open Source Lab. The Open Source Lab is where we will host our monthly Community Hackathons.

You can join as a Community Plus Member at $120/mo or $1,000/yr USD.

Who is the Amplify Talent Community for?

The community is for senior practitioners and leaders across HR, people operations, talent, and recruiting. The sweet spot for Community Plus members is in the Manager to VP range. 

How much does the Community Plus membership cost?

Less than most conferences - $120/month or $1,000 USD.

Is there a trial period?

There is no trial period. Community Membership is free. You can upgrade to a Community Plus membership at any time. 

Are there Community Plus Membership scholarships?

Not at this time. We may explore that in the future. 

Do I have to download the Amplify Talent Community app?

Nope! You’re welcome to use your web browser of choice entirely for all your community activities.

Are leadership development cohorts included in Community Plus Membership?

No. Leadership development cohorts will be priced separately when they launch later this year.

The home screen will look familiar to anyone using social media platforms. You’ll find the navigation on the left-hand side, the feed for whatever channel you’re accessing in the center, and spotlights for upcoming events and trends posts on the right sidebar.

The home view will be an aggregate view of all the spaces you can access (determined by your membership).

You’ll also find notifications (fully customizable), bookmarks, chat, and your profile in the top right navigation.

Events are a HUGE part of the Amplify Talent Community. In this Events tab, you’ll see all the upcoming events you have access to. You can open each event to learn more, RSVP with one click, and add it directly to your calendar with one additional click.

Subscribing members of the Amplify Talent Community will have access to over 20 hours of exclusive video content, including over 20 presentations from past Amplify Talent Leadership Development Cohorts.
