Effective leaders break it into quarters, then months, then weeks. That is where focus lives. That is where progress is actually made.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">When a business lacks clarity in the first quarter, everything that follows becomes reactive. The team stays busy but not aligned. Goals exist but are not owned. Energy is spent solving symptoms instead of moving the business forward with intention.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The opposite is also true.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">When Q1 is clear, the rest of the year begins to organize itself around that clarity.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That clarity comes from two things. ROCKS and Key Results.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Not vague goals. Not wish lists. Not ideas sitting in someone’s head. But clear, measurable, owned commitments tied to the next 90 days.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Company ROCKS determine direction.<br>Department Key Results determine execution.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If either one is missing, momentum breaks down.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is why Q1 is not just another quarter. It is the foundation. It sets the rhythm, the expectations, the accountability, and the standard for the rest of the year.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Your year does not unfold all at once. It is built one quarter, one month, one week at a time. And it starts now.</p><div class="blockquote"><blockquote class="blockquote__quote"><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:1.5rem;">“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:1.5rem;">2 Timothy 2:2 (KJV)</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:1.5rem;"><i>“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much…”</i></span><br><span style="font-size:1.5rem;">— Luke 16:10a (KJV)</span></p><figcaption class="blockquote__byline"></figcaption></blockquote></div><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="a-3-part-framework-for-a-strong-q-1"><span style="color:#622F61;font-size:medium;"><b>A 3-Part Framework for a Strong Q1 and a Strong 2026</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The leaders who finish strong do not sprint harder in December. They align harder in January.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="part-1-quarterly-clarity-through-co"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Part 1: Quarterly Clarity Through Company ROCKS</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">To make sure you understand … a ROCK is not a goal.<br>It is a non-negotiable outcome. <br>The duration of the ROCK is to be determine, but the initiative of the ROCK is crucial to the health of the business or department pursuing the ROCK.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Not everything can be a ROCK in your business. <br>But identifying the right ROCK(s) changes everything about the outcome for the year.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">For Q1 2026, your company should only have one to three ROCKS. No more.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Each ROCK should answer one question: <i>“If this is the only thing we accomplish in the next 90 days, will the business be stronger because of it?”</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If the answer is not clearly yes, it is not a ROCK worth pursuing at this time.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is where most companies struggle. They try to move ten things forward and end up moving none of them well.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Clarity is not found in doing more. It is found in choosing less.<br><br><b>Side-note: </b> <b>Here’s what the most effective operational teams are doing differently:</b></p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>They identify their constraint</b> — often their most skilled or trusted team member — and protect their time like gold.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>They front-load projects</b> with prep work, documentation, and coordination — all handled by support staff or junior team members.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>They use systems and checklists</b> so team members arrive ready — not reactive.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>They train for autonomy</b> in every task that doesn’t require top-level decision-making or technical skill.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>They develop people intentionally using LEAD Diligently’s Employee Development Pathway™</b> — a strategic framework that clarifies roles, builds targeted skills, encourages real-time feedback, and connects day-to-day performance to shared results and long-term growth.</p></li></ol><div class="blockquote"><blockquote class="blockquote__quote"><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:1.5rem;">When you invest in the development of your people, you reduce your dependency on any single person. You don’t just manage capacity — you multiply it.</span></p><figcaption class="blockquote__byline"></figcaption></blockquote></div><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="part-2-monthly-direction-through-de"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Part 2: Monthly Direction Through Department Key Results</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Once your ROCKS are clear, the next layer is ownership.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Each department must define two to three Key Results that directly support the Company ROCK.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Key Results are not aspirations. They are measurable outcomes that must be achieved in order for the ROCK to succeed.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience. All of them play a role. Each department must know its specific responsibility.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If a Company ROCK is the destination, then Department Key Results are the routes that get you there.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Assign one clear owner to each Key Result. Then break each Key Result into three monthly milestones for January, February, and March.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is what prevents drift.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="part-3-weekly-execution-through-dis"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Part 3: Weekly Execution Through Discipline and Review</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The plan is built at the quarterly level. The progress is made at the weekly level.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Every week, ask three simple questions.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">What moved forward last week<br>What is moving forward this week<br>What is in the way</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is where your Issues List lives. Not every issue is tied to a Key Result. Some are operational. Some are relational. Some are unexpected.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The purpose of an Issues List is not perfection. It is clarity.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This weekly rhythm turns intention into momentum and momentum into results.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="journaling-exercise-three-reflectio"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Journaling Exercise - Three Reflection Questions:</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">• What is the single most important ROCK for your company in Q1 2026?<br><br>• What must each department accomplish in the next 90 days for that ROCK to succeed?<br><br>• If nothing changed over the next 90 days, where would your business be by the end of 2026?</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="why-we-hesitate-even-when-we-have-c"><span style="color:#622f61;"><b>Take Action</b></span></h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In the next 7 days, schedule a 90-minute clarity session with your leadership team.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Use that time to complete only three things:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Define one to three Company ROCKS for Q1 2026<br></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Define two to three Key Results per department that will move the company forward in profitability, efficiency, and serving customers<br></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Assign ownership to every ROCK and Key Result</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If you do nothing else this month, do this.</p><hr class="content_break"><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/fb179ef1-8c3d-4e17-8a1d-725feb3b6811/Favicon_White_circle_RGB_Transpar.png?t=1741705520"/></div><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="application-lets-put-this-to-practi"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Application - Let’s Put This To Practice</b></span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">At <a class="link" href="https://leaddiligently.com/?utm_source=leaddiligently.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=the-90-day-window-that-changes-everything" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">LEAD Diligently</a>, <span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">we believe multiplication begins when we free up our greatest resources to focus on what matters most. But when you learn to regulate what’s happening inside, your clarity sharpens, your decisions strengthen, and your leadership becomes more grounded.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Sam’s insights were timely, and her new book launches on December 4th.<br>If you’d like to learn more about her work, you can visit:<br><a class="link" href="https://www.samwilling.com/?utm_source=leaddiligently.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=healthy-work-life-balance-starts-with-clarity" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.samwilling.com/</a></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/07e2aff6-a014-44af-8339-37ddbcb0ea7b/SamWilling-BookLaunch.jpg?t=1764082503"/></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="lets-get-started-with-a-leadership-">Let’s Get Started With A Leadership Story</h1><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">He told me he wasn’t tired from long days.<br>He was tired because his mind never turned off.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Every morning started with urgency.<br>Every evening ended with unfinished decisions replaying in his head.<br>His body wasn’t exhausted.<br>His clarity was.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Another leader shared something similar, but from a different angle. I have a business that is like carrying a baby in my belly, nonstop issues, and employees who do not seem to be growing past calling and asking my advice.”</p><p class="paragraph" direction.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Both leaders felt out of balance.<br>Both assumed they simply needed to grind harder or push through.<br>Neither realized the real issue:</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Their leadership had scaled, but the structure supporting them hadn’t.</p><h4 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" style="color:#622F61;">The Balance Leaders Are Really Searching For</span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">High-capacity leaders feel out of balance for one primary reason.<br>They are pulled in a thousand directions without a structure that protects what matters most.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And clarity is the one thing you cannot afford to lose.<br>Without clarity, your days shift into reaction.<br>Your team becomes dependent.<br>Your margin evaporates.<br>And the pressure you feel starts shaping your leadership more than your purpose does.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is why so many strong leaders drift into imbalance.<br>Not because they are weak, but because their responsibilities outgrew their systems.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Your business scales.<br>Your opportunities scale.<br>The expectations scale.<br>The complexity scales (risk).</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But unless your clarity scales with it, the strain on one leader becomes impossible to manage efficiently.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Here is the good news.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Balance returns the moment clarity returns.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Clarity about your role.<br>Clarity about your identity.<br>Clarity about your non-negotiables.<br>Clarity about what belongs on your plate and what does not.<br>Clarity about the pace you are actually called to lead.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And clarity grows through consistent, intentional steps, not dramatic overhaul.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Small steps forward are still steps forward.<br>Those steps create momentum.<br>Momentum builds confidence.<br>And confidence strengthens the leader.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If you missed this week’s full blog But in my experience, it’s not those milestone moments that define success.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">It’s what happens </span><i>after</i><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">One owner I worked with had the vision and the drive. He talked a big game about growth. But his team was floundering—unclear roles, inconsistent training, delayed decisions. He didn’t lack courage. He lacked consistency.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">When he finally embraced obedience—waking up each day and owning his role as a steward over the people and systems entrusted to him—things started to change. He began showing up to train, to delegate with clarity, to lead financial reviews with accountability. He began building a culture where operational excellence wasn’t aspirational—it was expected.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">Obedience in business isn’t about being rigid. It’s about aligning your daily actions with the responsibility God’s already placed in your hands.</span></p><h4 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="inside-this-months-lea-ding-diligen"><b>Inside this month’s LEADing Diligently newsletter:</b></h4><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">✔ Why consistency is the quiet edge behind enduring success</span><br><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">✔ What Scripture teaches us about obedience vs. sacrifice</span><br><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">✔ How to recognize when you’re sacrificing instead of stewarding</span><br><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">✔ Simple practices to realign your decision-making with faithful consistency</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let’s dig in.</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/d7d59768-fe1b-4648-a4ef-2dd9795e5153/LD_brand_with_gradient_logo_Transparent.png?t=1741717522"/></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In our last edition, we talked about <a class="link" href="https://leaddiligently.beehiiv.com/p/from-clarity-to-courage-taking-the-next-step-in-your-calling?utm_source=leaddiligently.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=consistent-obedience-the-hidden-strength-behind-every-calling" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">courageously stepping into your calling</a>. But what happens after the bold step? That’s where many falter—because the next step is usually far less glamorous. <b>It’s called obedience.</b></p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="obedience-isnt-flashy-but-it-is-fou"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Obedience Isn’t Flashy - But It Is Foundational</b></span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In the life of a business owner, obedience doesn’t usually show up as a bold, defining moment. It looks more like choosing to be faithful in the ordinary—day in and day out.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s in the decision to slow down long enough to train your team the right way. To hold a weekly financial review even when cash flow feels tight. To keep honoring the standard when shortcuts would be easier.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Obedience is what builds cultures of excellence, trust, and long-term fruitfulness.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s not the high moment at a conference or a mountaintop decision. Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.”</i> KJV </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This verse challenges our assumptions. God isn’t impressed by what we’re willing to <i>give up</i> if we’re unwilling to <i>follow through</i> on what He already said.<br><br><b>Obedience comes from the HEART.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Many leaders fall into the trap of thinking that sacrificing time, money, or comfort is the pinnacle of faithfulness. But Scripture reminds us: obedience is better. It&#39;s not just about what we surrender—it’s about whether we do what He’s asked from a heart of love.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Obedience means you show up when it’s hard. You lead when no one’s watching. You review the numbers even when they hurt. You forgive, follow up, and stay steady—not because it’s easy, but because it’s right.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">God doesn’t measure faithfulness by scattered performance—He measures it by obedience from the heart in love with His Will for your life.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This verse isn’t just theological—it’s practical. It’s Monday-morning leadership. It’s running your company with integrity when shortcuts look faster. It’s training your people even when turnover makes it feel like a waste. It’s making the decision you <i>know</i> is right, even when it’s not popular.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="application-lets-put-this-to-practi"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Application - Let’s Put This To Practice</b></span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">At LEAD Diligently, we believe obedience is the bridge between clarity and transformation. Growth happens when we choose to act—not just think—differently.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;font-size:medium;">This month, take one intentional step in courageous obedience:</span></p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Spiritually</b> – Revisit a past word, prayer, or confirmation you received about your calling. I’ve built something great, but is this really my calling?&quot;</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’ve heard this same sentiment from so many high-achieving leaders. Maybe you have, too. You’ve worked hard, you’ve hit your goals, but deep down, you wonder: <i>Is this what I’m meant to be doing?</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This week, we’re diving into a powerful distinction that can bring clarity to your leadership and your faith: <b>the difference between calling and purpose.</b> Because once you understand how God has uniquely designed you—and what He’s calling you into—everything changes.</p><h4 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="inside-this-months-lea-ding-diligen"><b>Inside this month’s LEADing Diligently newsletter:</b></h4><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">✔ How to get clarity on your unique calling<br>✔ Two simple journaling questions that help unlock your purpose<br>✔ Why waiting for the perfect moment is holding you back</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let’s dig in.</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/d7d59768-fe1b-4648-a4ef-2dd9795e5153/LD_brand_with_gradient_logo_Transparent.png?t=1741717522"/></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Have you ever felt like you’re just going through the motions—moving from one task to the next without a clear sense of purpose? <b>You’re not alone.</b></p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="finding-clarity-in-your-calling"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Finding Clarity in Your Calling</b></span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">We all hit moments where we stop and wonder, <i>Am I really where I’m supposed to be?</i> Maybe you’ve spent years building something meaningful—a business, a career, a reputation—but deep down, there’s this nagging question: <i>Is this truly my calling, or have I just been following the next logical step?</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Clarity doesn’t always come in a flash of insight. More often, it’s found in the small, faithful steps we take forward. It’s in recognizing that calling isn’t about chasing a title or waiting for a perfect moment—it’s about responding to God’s invitation in this season of your life.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So how do you know if you’re walking in your calling or just moving through the motions? It starts by understanding the difference between calling and purpose. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let’s break it down.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="whats-the-difference-between-callin">What’s the Difference Between Calling and Purpose?</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">We often hear people say they’re searching for their calling, but what does that really mean? Is it about finding the perfect job, launching a business, or stepping into a leadership role? Not exactly. Calling and purpose are deeply connected, but they’re not the same thing. Understanding the difference can bring clarity and direction to your life.</p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Calling</b> is not a title or identity—it’s a summons to serve. (Think of it like a phone call—are you picking up?)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Purpose</b> is your unique design—how God created you to function. (Think of it like a hammer—built for a specific function.)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s easy to assume that a job title, career success, or a particular position defines our calling. We think that if we just land the right role, we’ll feel a deep sense of fulfillment. But that’s not how calling works. It’s not about what you do—it’s about how you respond to God’s invitation in your life. But calling is so much bigger—it’s God’s personal invitation to step into something beyond ourselves.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Big Question:</b> <i>What is something you feel summoned to do that is bigger than you?</i></p></li></ul><hr class="content_break"><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="how-to-find-clarity-in-your-calling"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>How to Find Clarity in Your Calling</b></span></h2><h4 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="journaling-exercise-two-reflection-">Journaling Exercise – Two Reflection Questions:</h4><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>What burden do I feel that both excites and scares me?</i> (This helps reveal where God may be summoning you.)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>Who in my life has affirmed a calling or purpose in me?</i> (Sometimes, others see our calling before we do.)</p></li></ol><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Write these down and reflect. But how often do we hear His voice and hesitate? We tell ourselves, &#39;I’ll do it later&#39; or &#39;I’ll act when the timing is better.&#39; The problem is, later often turns into never.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So often, we put things off—not just tasks, but the things God is impressing on our hearts. Convictions. Inspirations. A calling to be obedient.<br>We tell ourselves:</p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>I’ll pray more tomorrow.</i></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>I’ll start reading my Bible more seriously next week.</i></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>I’ll reach out to that person when the time is right.</i></p></li></ul><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But what if <i>today</i> is the day God is calling you to act?</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Procrastination in our spiritual life is dangerous because it creates a pattern. The more we delay, the more our hearts become resistant. Over time, we stop sensing that gentle nudge altogether.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Instead of waiting for the perfect moment, let’s recognize that <i>now</i> is the moment. If God has been prompting you to pray, to step forward in faith, or to draw closer to Him, don’t push it aside.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"></p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="application-lets-put-this-to-practi"><span style="color:#622F61;"><b>Application - Let’s Put This To Practice</b></span></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">At LEAD Diligently, we believe growth isn’t just about business—it’s about leading well in every area of life: professionally, spiritually, and personally.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This week, take one intentional step in obedience:</p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Spiritually</b> – Take a moment to pray with your spouse or kids today.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Professionally</b> – If there’s a difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding, have it with grace and courage.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Personally</b> – Reach out to a friend or mentor and encourage them in their walk.</p></li></ul><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">God isn’t asking for perfection—He’s asking for obedience.
