If You See This Happen In The Middle East, You Need To Take Action Quickly…

Well {{First Name}}, we’ve entered unknown territory and you really need to keep an eye on two potential events that I’m going to share with you below…

As of today, 23 oil and gas facilities have been attacked by Iran across 9 countries in the the Middle East.

These attacks have taken 8% of the world’s global oil supply, and 20% of its natural gas supply offline…

And over the past four days, Ukraine has damaged two of Russia’s biggest export facilities…

Ust-Luga which handles 700,000 barrels/day and the Primorsk Port which is one of Russia’s largest export outlets at 1M barrels per day…

This level of energy disruption is unprecedented. It’s never happened before… Not even in WW2.

As a result, we’ve seen significantly higher prices here in the US so far…

But In Other Countries, A Full-Blown Crisis Is Underway That You Probably Aren’t Even Aware Of…

India is the world's 3rd-largest oil importer. They get 90% of their crude and 60% of their natural gas from the Strait of Hormuz…

Supplies have tightened dramatically, sparking widespread panic buying, fuel rationing fears and chaos in the streets…

Lines to get fuel in India this week…

Last week, Australia was reporting that more than 18% of all gas stations in the country have run out of fuel… (!)

In Taiwan, TSMC, (the largest microchip producer in the world), is reported to have around 7 days left of helium supply for their manufacturing process…

Helium is irreplaceable in semiconductor fabrication (especially advanced 3nm chips and below that TSMC dominates).

Well 33% of the global helium supply comes from a refinery in Qatar which is now off-line after being attacked by Iran.

We have been largely insulated from this dynamic so far in the US because we are net-exporters of oil and gas to the rest of the world… We’ve got a significant domestic supply…

But Here’s What Most People Don’t Realize…

The world depends on these energy inputs like a diver depends on oxygen…

If things continue to escalate in the Middle East… If Iran attacks desalination plants or additional oil refineries, this whole thing could kick start a world-wide domino effect that will be worse than the Great Depression…

Here’s why…

In the 1930’s we didn’t have microchips and all of our food was grown locally…

Today, everything we consume is dependent upon global supply chains… Including the crops we eat, and the crops our chickens and cattle eat… 

Natural gas is the main ingredient required to produce ammonia and urea… And ammonia and urea are critical for fertilizer production.

Urea prices have jumped 30 to 45 percent, hitting farmers in the US, Europe, India, Brazil, and Africa right as the Northern Hemisphere planting season begins…

Fertilizer shortages, soaring fuel and energy costs for farming and processing, plus higher freight expenses are setting the world up for major food-price shocks…

And This Problem Can’t Be Solved Quickly… 

These production and refinement facilities will take at least 3-5 years to bring back online in peaceful times…

So we’re literally in the opening month of a crisis that’s just getting started, and that will take years to resolve even if the war ended today…

Right now many countries in the world are in a full-blown panic while life in the US is largely unchanged in the US outside of higher fuel prices…

There’s Two Critical Things You Need To Look Out For…

First, is that the big initial drop in supply after the attacks in Iran is about to start hitting markets in the next 1-2 weeks… Ships that left ports before the attacks are reaching their destinations now… But when the ships stopped, that created a supply gap that’s about to hit soon as seen below…

Here’s a quick summary of the timeline… Oil imports are expected to hit a major supply gap that could last weeks or months…

• Asia and East Africa: April 1st.

• Europe: April 10th

• United States: April 15th

• Australia: April 20th.

In other words, expect oil prices to spike around the world in April, which will likely have a significant and negative effect on global stock markets.

Next, Keep An Eye On The Middle East And Russia…

If any additional oil refineries or distribution pipelines are hit like those coming out of Qatar and Saudi Arabia below…

Or if Kharag island gets attacked…

The world will fall into a level of crisis that we have never seen or experienced…

We won’t feel it here immediately in the United States because we are the most insulated country in the world from this crisis thanks to our domestic production…

But that level of comfort could change quickly…

Last week on March 23rd, the Valero oil refinery in Port Arthur, Texas exploded…

Preliminary reports point to a possible malfunction in an industrial heater in the diesel hydrotreater unit, but that’s exactly the kind of thing that a cyber-attack can cause.

If These Critical Supply Lines And Refineries Continue To Go Offline…

Stock markets around the world would immediately crash, oil and gas prices will sky rocket, and a massive humanitarian crisis will ignite in countries around the world that depend on these oil imports to function… (These imports are their oxygen).

The top 10 countries that NEED these imports include…

1. Taiwan: 100% (95% of all microchips are produced here).

2. Singapore: 100%

3. Japan: 95%+

4. South Korea: 95%+

5. Germany: 95%+

6. Turkey: 90%+

7. Phillipines: 90%+

8. India: 90%+

9. Thailand: 80-90%

10. China: 70%+

And all of this will quickly escalate into significant disruptions in the global food supply in the years ahead that will absolutely hit the US… The kind of disruptions that were seen during the Great Depression…

And Finally Expect US Troop Deployments In Iran In The Coming 2 Weeks…

Two Marine Expeditionary Units and the 82nd Airborne have arrived in the area through the UAE. Estimated numbers staged in the region range from 20,000 to 50,000.

It’s expected that these troops will be used to secure Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunb islands in order to take control of the Straight of Hormuz and get oil tankers moving again...

But if you see troops land on Kharag Island, prepare for the end of the world as we know it.

Kharag island is where 90% of all oil imports flow out of for the region. If US troops land on that island to secure it, it will become an instant target for Iranian drones. When damaged, the facility will go offline for years, and that represents a worst case scenario for the world.

I’m Not Sending This To Scare You…

I’m sending it because 99% of Americans are in a bubble just going about their lives as usual…

They have no idea what’s happening right now outside of the US because of the oil crisis, and they certainly have no idea what’s going to hit all of us like a freight train if it continues to get worse…

So here’s the short take-aways…

• As oil prices continue to rise, stocks will continue to crash.

• As markets crash, unemployment will increase.

• The cost of necessities like food will increase.

• Protests will fill the streets (we’re starting to see this now), and large scale terrorist attacks should be assumed as Iran, China, Russia, and its proxies use this opportunity to attack the Trump administration in a period of weakness.

• The more infrastructure Iran can attack in the Middle East, the more that incentivizes the US to backoff. The more chaos they cause, the more power they retain, and the more power the US loses.

If you see additional supply lines and refineries go offline in the weeks or months ahead, it would be smart to have bulk food supplies on hand…

This crisis will hit the supply chains slowly at first here in the US… 

And then significant risks to food security in 1-2 years if global fertilizer supplies run dry this year.

That time isn’t here just yet (and hopefully it will never come), but the world is on the fence right now…

We’ve never had a globalized distribution system that the entire world depended on…

And we’ve never had that system literally run out of fuel.

We are in unprecedented territory and in a situation that is far more fragile than what we experienced in the Great Depression when cities, towns, and farms were not dependent on real-time global distribution for food and fuel like we are today.

XRP was designed to act as a bridge-asset for cross-border payments, replacing slow and expensive banking infrastructure like SWIFT…

The idea was that banks would use XRP as a neutral intermediary currency to move money quickly between different fiat systems…

But instead of being replaced, SWIFT just upgraded… (Just like I said they would).

They’re building their own infrastructure that can connect banks, digital assets, and tokenized money without requiring a single bridge token like XRP.

By creating a system that can interoperate with multiple blockchains, stable coins, and digital currencies, SWIFT removes the need for banks to rely on XRP specifically…

Obviously, financial institutions prefer systems they control, regulate, and that can integrate seamlessly into existing their compliance frameworks.

It doesn’t have a fancy name and there is no token to buy. They just upgraded their internal systems with their own private blockchain.

Why XRP Was Never Going To Be Adopted By The Banking System…

This isn’t complicated. It’s common sense…

Why would the most powerful group of people in the world… The bankers… Give control of their money over to a privately-owned 3rd party called Ripple, with a token that’s already largely in the hands of the general public and magically make you and I rich over night?

They wouldn’t. In fact, the idea is laughable.

And that’s been my argument for the past 8 years.

So If You Own XRP, Here’s The Take-Away From This…

1: Investing in any crypto asset outside Bitcoin is highly speculative, and built around future potential…

After you’ve been through a few alt-season cycles, you come to realize that 99% of the narratives any alt-coin is built around is complete hopium that will likely never come true... There are only 4 tokens in the world with any real future value… Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and stable coins.

2: Will the price go up during the next bull market?

YES. Because the prices of all major crypto assets go up even if they have no actual use case like DOGE, and because there are giant bag-holders who have a personal interest in pumping the price again.

But the long-term vision, narrative, and story around XRP is officially DEAD.

The banks were never going to give away their control, and that was always common sense. So if you’re still following people who are trying to hype this narrative, you should probably stop doing that.

4: And finally, know when to sell…

I seriously thought it was a joke… All of us did.

But it wasn’t... And in less than 24 hours, it’s turned a brand with over 100 years of history into the laughing-stock of the internet.

Personally, I’ve never been a fan of Jaguar, and I’m not in their primary demographic which consists of stodgy old British men in the UK, or upper-middle class house wives in the US who have a strange fetish for vehicle depreciation and road-side assistance…

Global Jaguar sales peaked in 2018, and have declined a whopping 65% in the past 6 years…

Granted, 2020-2024 have been a b*tch for all car manufacturers thanks to CV disruptions, inflation, and sky-rocketing interest rates…

But Jaguar was up against the ropes, and they needed to do something fast to increase sales…

Personally, here’s what I would have done…

I would have leaned into Jag’s British heritage of fine materials and craftsmanship, while giving the brand a modern make-over…

Basically, I would have copied Aston Martin’s playbook… Another British brand that’s had to reinvent itself over the past 15 years to stay relevant, and it’s done an incredible job of doing so…

For the men, Aston introduced a clean, modern, and powerful design language…

If you want a powerful exotic European sports car that shouts “speed, freedom, and class”, instead of the “look at me!” from a Lamborghini, you buy an Aston.

And for the women, Aston’s offer curves, elegance, and luxury in the all the right places without blending into a sea of Porsche’s and Mercedes.

For the company as a whole, Aston’s entry into F1 in 2021 was the smartest move the company has ever made, introducing the historic brand to hundreds of millions of young fans around the world, and tapping into the masculine appeal for men and women alike, that Fernando Alonso brings to the table…

Aston recognized that in order to survive, they needed to tap into the core appeal of their brand, and then introduce it to a new generation…

Throw in their new Valkyrie, and it’s working…

While Aston Martin is still a small boutique brand where every car is hand made, sales have increased by 95% since the pandemic of 2020, and hit a new all-time high in 2023.

And Jaguar? Well They Decided To Go A Different Route… And It’s Going To Destroy The Company…

Eco-chambers can be a very, very dangerous place…

If I stuck you in a company office and bombarded you with constant media, news stories and people that told you over and over again that they key to increasing sales is to build electric cars for the mentally ill and transvestite community, you’d start to believe that as a fact…

At least that’s the only explanation I can think of when it comes to Jaguar's recent rebranding initiative led by Professor Gerry McGovern who serves as the Chief Creative Officer at Jaguar Land Rover. (The fact that he’s a “professor” makes this even more historical! 😂)

Because that’s exactly what he and his team at Jaguar have done…

Last night they launched a complete rebrand for the car company… And it’s going to blow your mind in all the wrong ways…

Rule #1 when it comes to marketing is to, “know your customers, and then make the best products you can for them.”

Ford already f*cked this up…

In 2021, they took the most valuable brand they have… “Mustang”… A brand built on muscle cars, horse power, burning rubber, and testosterone…

And stuck it onto an electric SUV for soccer moms.

And then they took the best selling vehicle in the world at the time… The F-150 pick-up truck…

An iconic vehicle for built by the American working man, for the American working man…

And turned it into an electric vehicle… In order to sell it to the last group of people on Earth who want to buy an electric vehicle.

Sales for both vehicles have tanked, and Ford should have known better.

They should have created two new badges that were distinctly electric, and pursued two new categories of customers instead of alienating their existing base and contaminating their two most valuable brands.

Well today, Jaguar one-upped Ford’s Mistake…

Instead of creating better cars for their primarily male customer base and then growing that base, they decided to wipe the slate clean and start over from scratch in every way...

1: The decision was made to turn Jaguar into an all-electric car brand starting in 2025 despite the fact that every electric car company outside of Tesla and the Chinese brands are losing money on every unit they sell.

2: They completely re-designed the logo, removing the history, power, weight, and class of the previous one here…

And turned it into something that belongs on a women’s shampoo bottle…

This is 100% real. This is the new Jaguar logo… Yes, Jaguar the car brand.

But it gets better…

3: In their final stroke of genius, they launched a massive marketing campaign last night that consists of mentally ill people, and hammer-carrying transvestites who can’t wait to “break your mold”…

I’d say I’m speechless, but I’m clearly not…

If they wanted to get the internet to talk about the brand, the campaign has succeeded…

But they did so at the cost of the company…

My best guess is that Professor Gerry McGovern and the executive team at Jaguar started coming up with this plan 18-24 months ago when the US and UK were knee-deep in the progressive liberal woke movement…

They were drinking the cool-aid and assumed it was only going to continue to grow…

They were stuck in an echo-chamber and didn’t realize the growing global push-back against this trend that culminated in this month’s Presidential election.

If you want to stand out and make a statement, you don’t go WITH a trend, you go counter-trend…

This is the Jaguar brand for Jaguar buyers…

This is the energy they needed to tap into which would have gone beautifully against the woke trend for the past 4 years…

Instead, they took an iconic car brand with 102 years of history, and turned it into THIS overnight…

The new car hasn’t been revealed yet, but I've been able to find some spy-photos of the new design… 😂

Bold indeed.

The moral of the story besides, “go woke, go broke”?

KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER.

And if you want to acquire a completely different set of new customers, create a new brand specifically for them instead of alienating the only people who currently buy your products.

Well, we just took one giant leap towards the “climax” stage of the Fourth Turning cycle I’ve been talking about for years now…

If you’re new here, I’ll bring you up to speed…

One of most powerful books ever written is, “The Fourth Turning”, because it’s basically a blueprint/crystal ball for predicting humanity’s future…

Simply put, it demonstrates that all large civilizations go through 80-100 long periods called “cycles”, which are then broken up into four phases or “seasons” referred to as Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter…

Each phase lasts 20-25 years.

America entered the final “crisis” or “winter” seasons of our 4th Turning Cycle in 2008.

Once you understand this, everything that’s happening right now makes perfect sense…

A “Crisis/winter” season is when the previous paradigm gets destroyed, and a new one comes to power that will determine the direction and values for a country over the next 100 years.

These periods in history always include massive political upheaval, revolutions, and war.

American has gone through three previous, “crisis periods”…

The American Revolutionary War from 1773–1794...

87 years later we entered the Civil War and Reconstruction from 1860–1865…

82 years after that we entered the Great Depression and World War II from 1929–1946...

And we’re currently 80 years after the end of WW2… Just in time for our Fourth Winter/Crisis…

As you can see, we’re right on schedule and none of the events we’ve experienced the past decade should come as a surprise…

We’ve watched the US divide itself into two camps thanks to controlled media which has manipulated 50% of the country into thinking the other 50% are racist Nazi’s.

This month’s election was an “all or nothing” moment where the Constitutional soul of this nation went up against authoritarian Marxists… Where freedom of speech and and the rule of law went up against systematic censorship, fraud, and weaponization of the justice system.

I thank God daily that Freedom won that battle, but the war is far from over…

Every Crisis period has always ended in war, and this week Biden moved the US and NATO one GIANT step closer to WW3 with Russia and its allies...

How?

Biden crossed a major red-line in the sand for Russia after he authorized Ukraine to use the precision-guided Army Tactical Missile System (ATACM) to strike deep into Russia, putting Russia’s strategic military assets in range…

And Putin has now brought troops from North Korea onto the battle-front, ensuing this will turn into a global conflict…

It’s expected that President Trump will bring a negotiated end to the conflict within his first few days in office, and he has already outlined his plan to do so.

The current administration doesn’t want that.

Every step along the way, the Biden administration has continued to back Russia into a corner in an effort to elicit a response that would justify going to war against them.

With their days in office now numbered, they have escalated the war even further…

Putin has made it very clear that if the US authorized the US of long-range weapons through Ukraine, it would be considered an act of war against Russia by NATO and an official declaration of war against Russia by the US.

This escalation and provocation is totally unnecessary, and the only logical explanation for it is that it’s an attempt to start a large scale war before Trump takes office.

Simply put, the people in power who’ve been trying to destroy the United States from the inside… Spending us into bankruptcy, opening our borders, de-platforming opponents, poisoning our citizens, and destroying our voting system integrity… Would rather watch it all burn to the ground than be publicly outed and held accountable.

Here’s What This Means For You…

You must be prepared for all potential outcomes.

We are headed towards two different futures at the same time right now, which can feel incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate…

On one hand, we have just taken a GIANT step towards a brighter future based on merit, transparency, accountability, and truth…

The innovations taking place in AI, rockets, and robotics right now are absolutely incredible…

And stocks and crypto portfolios are hitting new all-time highs…

All of this is incredibly exciting and hopeful…

And at the same time, we are smack-dab in the middle of our 4th Crisis period as a nation…

Unfortunately, every crisis period has always ended in war and this is the first Crisis period the world has entered with nuclear weapons being held by all major participants…

And make no mistake about it… The United States is at war right now…

We have been in a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine for the past two years.

Biden’s move just pushed us one giant step closer to WW3, and if a major escalation or attack does take place, it’s like going to happen before Trump takes office on January 20th.

So I would highly recommend planning for a worst-case, and best-case scenario…

Here’s a few suggestions on what that might look like…

On the financial side…

• Set up a “stop-loss” order for your stocks and crypto. This would automatically sell your stocks or crypto assets if the price falls below a specific point that you determine… This is especially important for crypto because the markets trade 24/7.
  
  You could set a stop-loss order to sell your BTC if the price drops to $70,000, or a “trailing stop-loss” order which would trigger the sale if it drops by a specific percentage from it’s current price.
  
  This strategy will only work if your crypto assets are on an exchange. If you’re holding them on a wallet, it won’t work.
  

• Have cash on hand incase the grid goes down and credit card machines aren’t working.

• Buy some physical gold or silver to preserve your wealth.

• Prepare yourself emotionally for the fact that this bull run could end at any moment, and that we could experience a dramatic market crash.

And on the practical, “preparedness” side…

• Have a 3-12 month supply of food and water, and water filtration.
  

• Have enough extra fuel on hand to fill up your vehicle’s gas tank.
  

• Have a backup supply of all important medications. If you require insulin, have a solar battery generator paired with a portable Dometic refrigerator to preserve your insulin.

Yep… The email about the election results titled, “I’ve Never Been More Proud Of My Country…”, because there are some valuable life, business, and marketing lessons you can take away from it…

A lot of my readers didn’t agree with what I had to say and they let me know with some colorful language, or by unsubscribing.

I knew that was going to happen well before I hit the send button, but I did it any way. Today I’m going to explain why, and why you should do the same…

The two most controversial topics a person can bring up with a large group of people is religion and politics...

The moment you do, you’re guaranteed to trigger anger or create a heated debate with the people in your audience who don’t share your views.

As a result, MOST business owners avoid bringing up these topics for two reasons…

1: Like most rational people, they don’t enjoy conflict.

2: They think it they’ll lose customers and that it will cost them business.

Well I can tell you from experience that assumption is incorrect… 

In fact, it’s more important than EVER to find your people, and to allow your people to find you… 

The amount of market noise and people vying for attention today is overwhelming.

If you want to breakthrough that noise, you MUST plant your flag in the ground and proudly stand up for what you believe in.

This is the ONLY way your true audience can find you.

You can’t please everyone, and if you try to, you’ll end up pleasing no one.

You will be pushed aside by your audience as they find their way towards the leaders who are loudly, and proudly standing up for their values, principles, and beliefs.

Even though the email I sent was based on positivity, hope, and unity, I received dozens of, “F-you” responses, and 353 people unsubscribed from my list.

But for every "F-you” that showed in my inbox, I received 100 “I LOVE IT!” emails in return..

So Here’s What Really Happened
When I Sent That Email…

353 people may have left my audience, but I increased the connection and bond with everyone else who shares my values by 10X.

They got the opportunity to find out what I stand for, and that we have it common.

We’re now more aligned and closer than ever, and if I had not sent that email, that opportunity wouldn’t have been created.

I’m sure you can guess which has more value…

A deeper bond with the majority of my audience, or the loss of those 353 readers who didn’t actually know me.

YES… When you plant your flag and stand up for what you believe in, some people will be mad at you. They’ll send you a few mean comments or emails, and an hour later you’ll both have moved on with your lives.

But now you are FREE… 

You are free to be WHO YOU TRULY are, and when you have the courage to do that, you will attract your people to you and create a level of loyalty you’ve never experienced before.

The illusion and fear of perceived loss will disappear, and you’ll realize you’ve just unlocked a super-power that will catapult your business to an entirely new level.

My brother Andy Frisella has built what is likely a billion dollar empire by now with his supplement company 1st Phorm…

Andy is VERY outspoken about this beliefs and political views, and he has one of the largest podcasts in the world where he shares them on a daily basis.

He never even mentions 1st Phorm on the show.

And yet his business has exploded because he planted his flag in the ground over the past 5 years which has attracted an incredibly loyal audience and customer base who share his values.

The people being ignored? They’re the ones keeping quiet… “Staying in their lane…” And trying not to make anyone mad.

And by the way, if anyone tells you to do that… If they try to silence you or keep you in a box they can control... Remove them from your life instantly.

FREE YOURSELF.

Send the email. Make the post. Stand up for what your beliefs in your photos, social media posts, and website… Make it EASY for your tribe to find you.

When you get an angry message, don’t respond. You won’t change their mind, and YOU’RE NOT MEANT TO! Your message isn’t for them!

Send them love, hit delete, and turn your focus towards the 100 positive ones you also received…

Today is November 6th, 2024, and today is America’s second Independence Day.

Over the past 24 hours, freedom-loving Patriots of every race, color, political party, and faith, came together and saved this country from tyranny, corruption, lies, hatred, and darkness.

Instead, we chose God, freedom, unity, and a future based in truth, transparency, and prosperity.

Despite their power, the manipulation machines of Google, Facebook, and the media have been smashed and rebuked.

I have never been more proud to be an American, or of my fellow countrymen.

What I’m most inspired by is the fact that nearly everyone on stage last night during Donald Trump’s victory speech was an entrepreneur or veteran... 

Instead of blackmailed and compromised career politicians glad-handing each other as they secured more power over the people, we saw ordinary citizens like Elon Musk, Dana White, JD Vance, Tulsi Gabbard, and Robert Kennedy Jr, representing a new path forward that’s by the people, and for the people.

Yesterday, America was taken away from the power-hungry looters and liars, and it was given back to the builders, the creators, and to us… To the people who sincerely love this country and the principles it was founded upon.

Instead of endless wars, laws, and looting, we can now turn our focus onto removing the poisons from our water and food…

Removing the financial waste and corruption from Washington…

Lowering that tax burden on all of us…

Protecting our borders, women, and children…

And reaching for the moon, Mars, and beyond…

This election was it. We came 🤏 this close to losing our Republic, but people spoke up, the distress call was sent, and average ordinary citizens from all over the country arrived at the polls by the millions in the final hour...

I have never seen anything like it.

With that being said, there is still a long road ahead for all of us…

America is literally downing in debt. President Trump is inheriting a nearly impossible situation, as 80% of all US Dollars that have ever been printed, were printed in the past 5 years alone.

We are on the brink of an economic collapse, and the BRICS nations are about the launch their own Reserve Currency, booting the Dollar from its global reserve currency status.

It is truly the end of an era in every possible way…

Thankfully, we now have a team in place that understands the mission, and who have the sincere desire to accomplish it…

But there is now hope and a speck of light at the end of the tunnel.

Now the real work begins.

Yesterday I read an article that blew my mind about a woman named Heather who has ZERO internet marketing experience…

In fact, she’s a history professor at Boston College.

And yet, she’s making over $1MM per month online just writing one email per day…

Here’s her story, and what you can learn from it…

In 2019, she decided to start an email newsletter sharing her opinions how historical events of the past are repeating here today…

Unfortunately she’s a socialist liberal who literally thinks Trump is Hitler. I disagree with everything she says or stands for, but that’s beside the point…

Over the past few months, I’ve been thinking about turning all of my focus towards building an email newsletter-based business where I can talk about all of the things I’m passionate about.

I love writing emails. I love the simplicity this model offers, and what Heather’s done is incredibly valuable to me as a case-study to learn from, so let’s dive in…

Through word-of-mouth, Facebook, and Twitter posts, here newsletter has grown to more than 1.7 million subscribers in 60 months… 

She writes an email every day, 5 days per week.

This is her entire website and capture page:

There’s nothing else on the page.

As I’ve always taught my marketing students, the purpose of a capture page is to force people to choose from two options: Opt-in, or leave. And that’s exactly what this page does.

Once you opt-in, you’re offered an “upsell” option to become a paid subscriber for $5/Mo, or $50/yr, or you can keep your free access.

Paid subscribers get access to additional subscriber-only posts, the archive, and the ability to make comments on her posts which is the primary attraction for her passionate audience.

As you can see below, she currently has at least 200,000 paid subscribers, which means she’s making at least $1,000,000 per month…

And all without sponsors or running ads which is pretty incredible…

So Here Are My Take-Aways From This Case-Study…

1: Keep things simple. When it comes to marketing, saying less is often more effective because it allows people to make a decision quickly, instead of getting lost in research or decision making…

It comes down to a single decision point… “You in or out?”

2: Find a passionate audience that already agrees with you and sees the world the same way you do. Then simply talk about the things you have in common.

Heather is a progressive liberal professor who thinks Trump is Hitler and that conservatives are destroying America.

Fine… It is what it is.

But there are powerful marketing lessons here, and the primary one is that it pays (literally), to plant your flag and choose your audience when they are incredibly passionate about a topic that’s a part of their very identity.

The two most passion-based topics in the world? Politics and religion.

When I looked at the comments left by her community on her previous posts, they’re all from other equally brain-washed people...

They/them/zir/zer/cat/burrito, are all passionate about their views, and that passion is what inspires people to share her emails or posts with their friends and family members…

As you can see here, a post she made a few days ago has been shared 868 times.

People who share her views forward her emails to their friends and say, “look! Orange Man bad just like we thought, because the smart lady says so too!”

So what are people actually “buying” here when they join her newsletter?

They are buying validation, camaraderie, and the ability to have a voice in a tribe.  

Being willing to stand up for what you believe in and share it fearlessly with the world attracts your tribe, just like Trump has attracted his.

3: You don’t need to build a complicated online business if you’re willing to grow organically.

Heather’s traffic is free. She’s not using paid ads so she doesn’t need complicated funnels, or to even understand “internet marketing”.

And she’s been able to grow organically because she’s been employed and continues to be.

This was a side-hustle for her which means she didn’t need grow fast to pay her bills.

She didn’t even set out to make money or build a business.

She set out to share her passion. As a result of this, she can spend 100% of her time delivering her product, and 0% of her time on marketing.

Because that financial pressure wasn’t there, the business could grow naturally and organically which is always the best option because it allows you to take a product-first approach.

With that being said, I think you could replicate this entire funnel/strategy, and use some of the online marketing strategies our industry has mastered to replicate her level of growth, in a fraction of the time.

For example… Offering one or two high-value, low cost upsells like an E-book, or would allow you to instantly start to use paid ads, which would dramatically increase the speed of growth.

Offering an incentive such as a free coffee mug when you join at a premium level would also increase conversion rates…

So there’s a lot of valuable take-aways here that I’ve added to my personal notes.

With that being said, if you go to her page to study the funnel, please don’t get sucked into her world.

It’s all about division, hate, finger pointing, and a complete disconnection from reality. Unsubscribe, or you’ll catch the liberal mind-virus and end up with 6 boosters, and driving your wife’s boyfriend to his Spartan race in your new Toyota Prius. 😬

If you own a business, what I’m about to share with you is one of the most valuable light-bulb moments I’ve ever had when it comes to money and building wealth…

And here’s the good news… What I’m about to share with you won’t cost a dime to implement, and it can make you a fortune if you do it…

When you’re an entrepreneur, it’s incredibly easy to see the money that comes into your merchant account on a daily basis, as money, “you’ve made”…

So if you brought in $30,000 for the month in sales, it feels like you made $30,000… And it becomes extremely easy to build a life-style around that illusion.

So let’s assume that you run a profitable online business with a 50% profit margin after ad-spend, software, customer support, etc… Throw in taxes, and let’s say that you end up at 33%…

Here’s What That Means When It Comes To What You Make, VS What Things Really Cost… 

It means that all of your bills actually cost you 3X more than you think they do…

Here’s an example…

Let’s say you’re driving around in your new Porsche that has a $2,500/Mo payment…

It’s your dream car, and you’re making $30,000 a month so you can afford it right!?

Well in order to make that payment, you don’t need to make $2,500… You actually need to make $7,500 in sales because of that 33% profit margin…

And your $6,000/mo mortgage or rent payment? You need to make $18,000 in sales per month to make that payment…

That dinner date for $150 last night? In reality, you had to make $450 to pay for that…

And the $5,000 trip to Hawaii? It wasn’t $5,000… You needed to generate $15,000 in sales to cover that expense…

This is why it constantly feels like you’re behind on your finances, despite the fact that you’re making $30,000 a month, and that your car and mortgage payment only add up to $8,500…

In reality, you had to make $25,500 in sales just to pay for those two items.

If You’re Starting To Understand How Powerful This New Way Of Looking At Your Finances Is, Here’s What You Need To Do Next…

Call up your book-keeper or CPA, and have them tell you want your net-profit actually is…

Is it 20% 40%? 60%?

Once you know this number, then you can calculate how much everything in your life actually costs when measured in revenue…

If you’re operating at a 20% margin, everything costs you 5X more than you think it does…

If you’re at a 40% margin, they cost you 2.5X more…

And if you’re at 60%, they cost you 1.6X more…

I can tell you right now, all of your expenses actually cost you MUCH more than you think they do…

Once Michelle and I realized this, it made it incredibly easy to sell the Porsche, the Ranger Rover, the boat, and everything else…

That $12,000 per year for our boat slip on Lake Austin? I had to make $36,000 per year in sales just to pay for that…

The $2,500/mo boat payment? $7,500 per month, or $90,000 per year in sales…

Once you do this, you suddenly realize why you’ve had to constantly work so hard, and why the money you make seems to just disappear as fast as it came in.

Ideally this will motivate you to do the same thing we did, and once that happens, you can take all of the money you saved and start to invest it instead… Ideally into cash flow assets like real estate that reduce your taxes and increase your net profit margin…

That’s when the real magic starts to happen…

After all, the fastest and easiest way to make more money and to build your wealth, is to simply spend less of it, and keep more…

Just as the fastest way to change your health isn’t to ADD supplements or anything else… It’s by simply REMOVING the stuff you’re consuming every day that’s making you sick.

If you want to build a ridiculously successful company that allows you to experience everything you want to in life, here’s one of the big secrets that will help make that happen…

And the benefit of using a drill is that it allows you to create a hole faster, easier, and with more precision than by trying to create one by hand.

Once you know you want these benefits, the drill you choose to purchase is based on your identity… 

Are you on team Ryobi, Milwaukee,
DeWalt, or Mikita?

Do you identify as someone who wants the most value for your dollar? Then you’re going to buy a Ryobi.

If you wear flannel, live in the woods and have money? You’re going to buy a Milwalki.

If you’re a contractor, you’re buying DeWalt.

And if you’re an engineer or architect who appreciates understated quality and innovation, you’re going with Mikita.

Each brand represents specific characteristics which allows people to choose and side with their “team”…

That means YOU need to define how YOUR business, brand, and products are positioned in YOUR niche so your ideal audience can connect and identify with YOU…

So what identity and qualities do you or your brand represent?

Who do you want to attract? Does your brand speak to those people?

If you haven’t clearly defined these qualities, then your brand is trying to speak to everyone, which means it’s actually speaking to no one.

You and your brand need to create division… Not “divisiveness…” But it needs to naturally divide people into those who identify with your brand, and those who do not.

And I get it… That can be scary. When I started the “Self Made Man” podcast years ago, some of the females in my audience were pretty upset.

But I needed to stay true to the brand I wanted to create, which was based on the specific audience I wanted to serve… “Men with ambition”.

And because I was willing to take a stand and declare what the brand was about and who it was for, it automatically attracted the people who saw themselves in it.

Marie Forleo, Amy Porterfield, and Natalie Ellis all have online marketing brands that specifically and intentionally speak to women, and that’s one of the reasons they’re successful.

Every mega-successful company in every niche has done the exact same thing…

Apple: “We stand for innovative, creative, modern, exciting, and ultra-high build quality for people who want the best.”

PC and Windows: “We stand for corporate America, compatibility, and value for money…”

Apple’s most famous ad ever, “1984” was literally a giant middle finger to Microsoft and PC’s and was created to draw a line in the sand between the two brands and their identities…

Kendra Scott went from making jewelry at her home in Austin, to building a billion-dollar brand by offering great quality jewelry at an affordable price, filling the gap between expensive luxury pieces, and cheap fashion jewelry…

I turned the direct sales industry on its head 20 years ago when I said holding home/hotel meetings and recruiting friends and family members was a waste of time…

I ran ads that declared, “Only Suckers Buy Leads” in an industry where most people bought leads…

Once you create your brand’s identity and position in your market place that attracts your ideal buyer, then you sell the benefits of your products instead of it’s features…

Feature: Our phone charger has 200 watts of power.
Benefit: Charge your phone in just 15 minutes.

Feature: Our drink has no sugar.
Benefit: You won’t gain weight when you drink it.

Feature: Our gym is open 24 hours per day.
Benefit: Look and feel confident in your bikini.

Feature: Our watch communicates the time accurately.
Benefit: Our watch communicates that you have class, success, and taste.

Ultimately, the benefits that every single product in the world provides falls into one or more of these categories: Time, money, health, companionship, sloth, escape, or status.

For example…

• Uber doesn’t sell a car service, it sells time saved (and in the past money saved).

• WholeFoods doesn’t sell groceries, it sells health and status.

• Yeti doesn’t sell coolers, it sells longer storage time and status.

• And Rolex doesn’t sell watches, it sells money and status.

So take these concepts and apply them to your business or your business idea…

Define your brand’s identity and determine what your customers are actually buying when they purchase your product…

Talk about THAT in all of your marketing pieces instead of the product itself. 😎👊

Hey {{First Name}}, we’re taking a break from the normal business and finance content here today because there’s an estimated 2+ million people in the Florida and North Carolina who still don’t have power as of this morning thanks to Helene and Milton…

As a result, I’ve gotten multiple phone calls from friends over the past week asking me about the best way to install a solar battery system to their home to ensure they’ll always have power...

So today I wanted to share the same insights I gave them, with you…

This is going to be an extremely detailed break-down, so please feel free to forward it to your family and friends if you find it useful…

If you’re new here, I know a decent amount about this topic… In fact, we have the largest residential solar battery system in our county with 32kw of panels on the roof, and 90kwh of battery storage which is expandable up to 125kwh.

To put that into perceptive, a Tesla Powerwall has 15kwh of storage.

But before we dive into solar battery systems, let’s talk about why you DO NOT want to waste money on a traditional diesel or propane generator from a company like Generac or a portable unit from your local Home Depot...

1: They’re LOUD. The moment a back-up generator fires up, everyone on your street knows it. A generator like this runs at around 76 decibels, which is a bit louder than a gasoline powered lawn mower!

This turns you into a target and brings all kinds of the wrong attention. It’s simply unacceptable today.

2: They can run out of fuel. If you live in a suburban neighborhood, a permanently installed, full-home back-up generator will be tapped into the city’s natural gas system.

This means you have an unlimited supply of fuel for your generator as long as the city still has power and can pipe that gas to your home under pressure. In a serious disaster or grid-down scenario, that’s not going to happen…

Whatever fuel you keep on hand will likely run out within days, turning your $5,000+ generator into a worthless hunk of scrap metal.

On the other hand, a solar battery system will continue to run as long as the sun continues to shine and it’s completely silent which is why you want to choose a solar battery system for your backup power needs...

With that in mind…

There Are Two Options To Choose From Depending On Your Budget And Desired Goals…

A single portable unit designed for powering essential appliances like your refrigerator, or a, “whole-home” system…

Let’s start with the whole-home option, because if you’re like me, you’d prefer to ride out WW3 with air conditioning and ice-cubes… 😅

The good news is that the variety of whole-home systems has increased dramatically in the past 24 months alone, while the prices have dropped substantially…

There are now dozens of options to choose from, but I’m going to save you a ton of time today and just tell you about the one I’d go with and that I’m recommending to my closest friends…

And that’s the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra… (I have no affiliation with EcoFlow).

EcoFlow has produced the best consumer-grade portable solar battery systems in the market for years. The Delta Pro Ultra model is their first whole-home system and it just came out in 2024.

Here are why it’s my #1 choice…

2: It’s portable, so if you move you can take the system with you.

The modular expansion feature is important…

It will allow you to start with 1 “stack” that consists of the control module on top, and at least one battery. Each battery stores up to 6kwh of power.

Each “stack” can support up to 5 batteries, for a total of 30KWH of power storage per stack…

You can connect up to 3 full stacks together for a combined total of 90kwh of storage, which is the same amount of storage we currently have here at the ranch…

Here’s What You Need To Know About
Output And Storage…

Each Ultra controller can distribute up to 7.2kw of power into your home at one time… Think of it as the amount of electricity that it can push out, just like the amount of water than can come out of your garden hose…

If you have two central AC units running while using your clothes drier, and your oven, 7.2kw might not be enough to power all of those systems at the same time.

You might have to turn off one of those items and take turns.

If you pull your water from a well-pump like we do, 7.2kw is probably not enough to run your house as full normal capacity.

So if that’s your goal… If you want to be able to operate your home off-grid like you normally do without any kind of disruption or compromise, you’ll want to get two Ultra Controllers, or two “stacks”…

Having two stacks doubles your power output capacity from 7.2 kw, to 14.4. That’s enough output to power everything in a single family home at the same time without any kind of compromise.

If you have a larger home with a lot of power needs like we do… Two central AC units, a well pump, electric drier, and electric central heat, our max load during the summer is 12kw. This means we’d be fine with two stacks.

But the moment we plug the Tesla in to charge?

That load jumps up to 17kw. So if we want to charge the Tesla and use the central AC at the same time, we’d need 3 stacks which would provide up to 21.5 kw of power output from the system at one time.

If you don’t have an electric car, you should be just fine with 1 stack, and definitely good to go with 2.

Now that you know how much power you want to feed into your home, it’s time to determine how much power you want to have on tap in the batteries which will ultimately determine how long you can satisfy your home’s power consumption…

Most online sources will tell you that a typical single family home consumes about 30kwh of energy per day.

But if you live in the South like we do and you’re running your AC constantly, that number increases significantly higher…

With our 2 AC units, well pump, and Tesla charger, we consume anywhere from 80kwh, to 140kwh of power per day during the summer.

Would we need to charge the Tesla in an emergency? No, so that number would drop to the 80kwh mark...

Can you reduce you consumption by managing your power use conservatively in an emergency? Of course… But I need my AC people, so personally I’m sticking to our 80kwh target.

If the grid is down, that means we’d need to go with 3 stacks with the maximum of 5 batteries each, for a total of 90kwh of battery storage.

But here’s something else you didn’t know…

You don’t want to drain lithium batteries below 20% of their capacity. Can you? Yes…

But doing so can damage and degrade them, significantly reducing their life-span which would normally be 10-15 years.

So even if you have 90kwh of storage, you really only have around 72kwh that’s usable.

So for our personal example, a maxed out system would have enough battery storage to power our home for about 30 hours at full power use.

Can we turn off the AC and manage that consumption? Yes… And that would extend our range to 3-5 days assuming zero additional input from the sun.

And if you have 3-5 days of power stored up, that means you really have infinite power because you’re likely going to get at least one full day of sun during those 3-5 days to recharge them.

Which brings up another good point…

We’re currently in October in Austin TX, and our 32kw of solar panels are generating around 84kwh of power each day with full sun. In July, they’ll generate around 90kwh per day.

On cloudy winter days in February, we’ll see production range anywhere from 40kwh, to 90kwh with full sun.

So 32kw of panels is enough to bring our batteries back to 100% on a daily basis when we’re using the house at full capacity.

So What’s The Costs Of All Of This? 💰

Well it obviously depends on how many stacks, batteries, and panels you go with…

But here’s a breakdown from EcoFlow’s system calculator…

1 Stack with all 5 batteries and their Smart Home Panel comes out to $18,000.

This does not include any solar panels or install, so let’s just round that up to $30,000…

This whole-home system would allow you to live a largely normal life indefinitely assuming you don’t live up north with constant cloud cover.

It would also allow you to reduce your monthly electric bill by 50-90% depending on your consumption…

AND…

The Federal government will give you a 30% tax deduction on the total cost of your system through the Federal Solar Investment Tax Credit program…

So that $30,000 is now just $21,000. 😎

Now Let’s Take A Look At A Budget Option…

Alright, what if you don’t have the cash to setup a whole-home system…

Well EcoFlow has tons of smaller portable options…

If you’re not tapping into your home’s breaker panels system, these portable batteries are designed to power individual appliances like your refrigerator.

This is a major consideration if you’re diabetic and require refrigerated insulin which is something no one really thinks about in disasters like the one taking place in NC and FL right now…

So the primary use of a smaller portable system like this would be to keep your fridge running and extend the life of your food supply or critical medications.

It would also be used to charge up rechargeable batteries for flash lights, radios, etc… Or to boil water or cook a meal in something like an Instapot.

(Using an Instapot to sterilize water and spoiled food in an emergency is a highly under-rated ability by the way).

The EcoFlow system I’d recommend is there EcoFlow Delta Pro... (Not the new Pro 3).

It has 3.6 kwh of battery capacity, and can power all major appliances with the exception of a well pump.

The one thing you need to keep in mind is that you’ll need to buy their portable solar panels to setup outside…

If you have your system plugged into your fridge, that means you’ll want to make sure you have a long extension cord, or buy longer solar panel extension cords to run from outside, to your Delta Pro inside…

A Delta Pro with their 400 watt portable panel is $2,599. Personally, I’d get a second 400 watt panel to ensure you can keep the battery powered on cloudy days.

It would also be a great idea to jump on Amazon and buy rechargeable AA, and AAA batteries and charging stations for them for your portable devices like flashlights, headlamps, radios, etc, which you’ll be able to charge up using your Delta Pro.
