He took the lemons and made lemonade, well…hot a hot chicken empire.

Prince loved the chicken so much that he decided to open up his own restaurant, Prince's Hot Chicken Shack, which still operates in Nashville today and is considered one of the best places to try hot chicken.

I first went to Kayne Prime years ago and they had the best appetizer ever! Cotton candy bacon.

I am not sure if they still have it but I will never forget how good it was. Try if they do.

I have been to the Marsh House Restaurant, located in the Thompson Nashville hotel, once and it was great.

It is conveniently located in the Gulch near two other great restaurant: Sunda and The 404 Kitchen, which I just tried, and both are also great.

The atmosphere of Marsh House is described as upscale and elegant, with a mix of modern and traditional decor. The restaurant features an open kitchen where diners can watch the chefs prepare their meals, as well as a bar area that serves craft cocktails, beer, and wine.

I love 5th and Broadway.

There is something for everyone there.

I always go there when I go Downtown and hit Broadway.

It is a fairly new mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Nashville, TN.

The development opened in March 2021 and covers an area of 6.2 acres. Here are some of the features of 5th and Broadway:

1. Retail: The development features over 200,000 square feet of retail space, including a mix of national and local brands. Some of the stores at 5th and Broadway include Sephora, Apple, Free People, and H&M.

2. Dining: 5th and Broadway offers a range of dining options, including sit-down restaurants, quick-service eateries, and bars. Some of the dining options include Shake Shack, CAVA, Slim & Husky's, and The Twelve Thirty Club.

3. Entertainment: The development features a 56,000-square-foot live music venue called The Assembly Hall, which can accommodate up to 4,000 guests. There is also a movie theater, a rooftop lounge, and other entertainment options.

4. Office Space: The development includes 385,000 square feet of office space, which is home to several companies, including Amazon, Ernst & Young, and AllianceBernstein.
