We’ve been busy improving pretty much everything in the product, and I’m excited to share some of these improvements with you today.

📀 Export search results as a CSV

You asked, and we delivered. You can now download search results as spreadsheets. That way, you can turn them into a to-do list, import them to a CRM, or share them in your company chat.

CSV export is available for pro subscribers, and the “Export” button appears when the search finishes running:

📊 1,000% increase in data

We’ve been massively increasing the amount of data in Find AI. Our focus in the last week has been on depth - we’re doing a better job of finding employees at existing companies - such as managers and individual contributors.

Scaling data this quickly has required a lot of engineering work. To put it in perspective, at this level of growth - our database would match the population of earth within four weeks.

At this pace, we might have to start discovering alien civilizations.

Every Find AI search now shows recommended follow-up searches. This is because every good answer inevitably leads to more questions.

We built this feature in an interesting way to help balance breadth and depth of searches:

• If your search has many results, then we suggest more narrow versions of your original query.

• If your search lacks results, then we suggest more broad versions of your original query.

Average search times faster by 75%

We recently used AI to group searches by topic. We found that about a quarter of searches were for a particular person or company. To address this, we optimized our system to speed up these queries.

Now, searching for specific people, like “Philip Thomas,” or specific companies, like “Oracle,” returns results in under one second.

Product updates this week

• 🆕You can now search a company by its domain. Try searching usefind.ai or

• ✨Improved our LinkedIn profile detection. Before, 19% of profiles for people had a LinkedIn profile. Now, 67% of pages link to the person’s LinkedIn.

• ✨ Rewrote all profile pages for companies and people. We wanted the pages to be easier to scan and more readable. So, we rewrote them all! Take a look at the page for Legalist to get an idea of the new style.

• ✨ Added some new icons to the app, including on searches with zero results

• 🛠️ Fixed a bug where clicking “👍” on a search result triggered the page to reload

• 🛠️ Fixed a bug where navigating to a new page sometime didn’t scroll to the top

Find AI is constantly crawling the web to discover new companies and people. So, we added a way so you can get notified about new matches to existing searches.

For example, here’s how you can keep track of new AI startups as they launch:

Click “Follow” on any search. It immediately becomes live-updating, scanning the web for new matches.

3. Receive email results daily

Find AI will email you a digest of new matches daily.

Here are some trends we see for how companies are leveraging Find AI:

1. Sourcing investments: Investors run searches for their areas of interest, and can be very specific - ranging from “AI startups in a particular industry” or “Founders who previously did something specific.” With live-updating searches, they get email updates daily with the latest results.

2. Sales: Set up your ideal customer profile as a search in Find AI, and mark it as live-updating. Then, get leads delivered to your inbox daily.

3. Industry analysis: If you’re getting up-to-speed on a new market, Find AI can help you explore it. Whether you want to understand the market for Farming CRMs, self-driving security robots, or Parisian startups.
