The model that drove value creation for thirty years is losing its grip.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">At the same time, a new economy is emerging — one where value is created in conversation, surfaced by AI, and captured by the people who produce something genuinely useful. Where the constraint isn&#39;t resources, distribution, or execution. Knowing things gave you power. The market rewarded people who accumulated knowledge and shared it — teachers, experts, consultants, publishers. We built entire industries around packaging and distributing information. And because we produced so much of it, we eventually built machines that could learn from it — prediction engines trained on the entire accumulated output of human knowledge.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That is what AI is. The outcome of abundant information.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And once you understand that, the next step becomes clear. If information is the input to execution — if all a well-defined task really is is information in, processing, information out — then AI solving the information problem also solved the execution problem. You tell it what to do. It reads the task. It thinks. It produces the output. The chain of work that used to require humans at every link now runs autonomously.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Execution is free. Information is free. The bottleneck has moved — all the way up to the layer that was always hardest to commoditize.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Imagination. The ability to envision what doesn&#39;t exist yet. To see a problem nobody has named, a connection nobody has made, a future nobody has articulated — and bring it into being.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That is what the Imagination Age means. Not that creativity becomes a nice-to-have. That it becomes the only scarce resource left.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-deep-dive-you-are-the-senses-ai">The Deep Dive: You Are the Senses. AI Is the Reach.</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">AI has been trained on essentially all available data. The open internet has been exhausted as a training source — and continuing to scrape it risks contamination as AI-generated content floods every channel. The next frontier of AI learning is human interaction. What people actually do with AI. What works and what doesn&#39;t. What produces real value and what falls flat.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This means something profound about the relationship between humans and AI going forward.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">We become the mechanism through which AI learns about the world. We are its eyes, ears, and senses — the part of the system that perceives reality directly, brings genuine experience into the conversation, and provides the feedback that tells AI what is actually true versus what merely sounds true.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">AI extends our ability to act on what we imagine. It is the emerging architecture of how value gets created. The person who brings deep thinking, genuine experience, and honest perception into conversation with AI produces outputs that are qualitatively different from the person who brings shallow prompts and generic ideas. The difference shows up in what gets built — and increasingly, in what gets surfaced and rewarded.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="from-appearing-valuable-to-producin">From Appearing Valuable to Producing Value</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The attention economy had a structural flaw at its core: it optimized for signals of value rather than value itself. Engagement, follower counts, watch time — these measured how well something performed, not how much it actually helped. The game rewarded the convincing simulation of usefulness over usefulness itself.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">AI shifts the signal. When someone uses AI to find a solution, the feedback is binary and honest — did this work or didn&#39;t it? Did the person get what they needed? Did they come back? The performance layer gets thinner. What you actually produce matters more than how you present it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Over time, this extends further than most people have considered. The insights that help the most people rise. The tools that solve the most problems get recommended more. The thinkers whose ideas produce genuine results in the world accumulate a signal that no algorithm gaming can replicate — because the signal is the result itself.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-furthest-horizon">The Furthest Horizon</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Here is where the vision extends into territory worth naming honestly as speculative — but directionally important.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The attention economy rewarded performance. You could build an enormous platform on the appearance of happiness, success, or wisdom without possessing any of it. The signal was social — other humans responding to what they saw — and humans are easily fooled by a convincing presentation.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">AI, over time, has access to a different signal. Not just what you say, but what your health data shows. Not just how you present, but what the outcomes of your choices actually look like. The gap between values you perform and values you live — between the person you claim to be and the person your life reflects — becomes harder to hide when the signal includes everything, not just what you choose to share.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This points toward something genuinely new: a world where what you actually are begins to matter more than what you perform. Where genuine flourishing — real health, real clarity, real depth of contribution — becomes legible to the systems that surface and reward human value.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Whether the incentive structures move us toward that world or away from it is not yet clear. But the direction is worth pointing toward. Ads are expensive. AI lets you do things that were previously impossible — not just faster or cheaper, but structurally out of reach. Read every Reddit post in a niche and synthesize genuinely personalized customer profiles. Run a dark factory — an application that builds, tests, maintains, and improves itself autonomously while you provide direction through markdown PRDs. These are not future possibilities. They exist today, used by a small number of people who understand what they&#39;re sitting on.</p><div class="blockquote"><blockquote class="blockquote__quote"></blockquote></div><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="this-is-the-2008-moment">This Is the 2008 Moment</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Early Google Ads buyers paid pennies for clicks that now cost dollars. You open a conversation with AI. Together you explore it, stress-test it, push it further than you could alone. By the end of that conversation, the idea has become something real — an app, a product, a piece of content, a system. AI built it. And because it solves a genuine problem, the platform it lives on begins surfacing it automatically to the people who need it. They find it, use it, pay for it. You capture the value — without a marketing team, without an ad budget, without dancing in front of a camera.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That is where this is going. Conversation as the input. Value as the output. The creator economy ran on YouTube and Instagram as the distribution layer. The AI economy will run on platforms where the creation, hosting, discovery, and transaction all happen in one place.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">You have a conversation. The platform builds it, hosts it, surfaces it to the right person, and pays you when they use it. The loop closes automatically.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The constraint in this world is not execution — AI handles that. It is not distribution — the platform handles that. The only constraint that remains, the only thing that determines the quality of everything that comes out the other side, is the depth and clarity of what you bring into the conversation.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That is the new scarce resource. Not for another platform — for a different medium entirely. Instead of scrolling feeds, watching YouTube videos, and reading blog posts, they are going to AI. It answers faster, goes deeper, and wastes none of their time. The audience that once made social media and search valuable is quietly moving elsewhere.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">On the supply side, AI is flooding every channel with infinite content. More posts, more articles, more videos than any human could ever consume — produced at near-zero cost. The unique, hard-to-replicate content that once justified the attention economy&#39;s existence now costs nothing to generate. The supply side&#39;s value proposition is collapsing under the weight of its own abundance.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><b>AI is simultaneously draining demand and drowning supply. The attention economy isn&#39;t being disrupted. It&#39;s being hollowed out from both ends at once.</b></span></i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Meanwhile the platforms aren&#39;t going quietly. What Cory Doctorow calls <i>enshittification</i> — more ads, more algorithmic extraction, more clickbait — is the death rattle of a model that has already peaked. The user experience degrades. Ad costs rise. Organic reach collapses. Everyone building on these platforms is working harder for less.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is the structural collapse of the internet contract as we&#39;ve known it.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="deep-dive">Deep Dive</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">For thirty years the internet ran on a single model: capture human attention, hold it, monetize it. Every platform, algorithm, and content strategy was built around this. It worked because attention was scarce and content was expensive to produce.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Both of those assumptions are now false.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Content costs nothing. And attention — the human kind, the kind that buys things and builds relationships — is moving to AI, where it gets something genuinely more valuable in return. Not a feed optimized for engagement. It&#39;s not a faster way to write emails. It is a new medium — the most personal, most adaptive, most capable medium ever built. And like every medium before it, it is quietly rewriting the rules of who creates value, how that value surfaces, and who captures it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The conversation we have with AI are becoming the new medium. What you can produce through it is becoming the new economy.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I have spent the last two years living at this frontier — building AI systems, products, and content pipelines that didn&#39;t exist before. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">What I&#39;ve seen is that the shift is more fundamental than most people realize. Creating content is now cheap. Creating clickbait is trivial.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In a world flooded with AI noise, clickbait will become less and less effective. The value will shift from <i>Information</i> and toward <b>Insight</b>—information that actually points to a truth and produces a positive effect.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In the future, you won&#39;t &quot;post&quot; to a feed. You will talk to an AI that knows your deepest thoughts and perceptions. You become the <b>Mind and Body of the AI</b>, helping it perceive the world, and people who can do, who can influence the AI will become the future influencers and they will rewarded as their insights actually help others.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">You aren&#39;t the product anymore; you&#39;re the signal.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-deep-dive">The Deep Dive</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Build: The AI Insight Engine</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’m currently in the middle of building a system to solve a personal paradox. I can’t trust AI to create meaningful content on its own—it’s too &quot;middle of the road.&quot; But it would also be a colossal waste of time to spend 40 hours a week on manual production when I know the execution can be automated.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’m calling it the <b>AI Insight Engine.</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s not a finished product yet; it’s a series of experiments I’m running to see if I can produce A+ level content on scale (70-100 of pieces of content) while putting in 2-4hrs per session.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Here is how I&#39;m architecting it:</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The foundation is a <b>RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system</b>. I’ve trained it on hundreds of high-signal YouTube videos and Reddit threads from my specific niche to see what actually resonates and why. I’ve layered that with a psychological map of my audience and my own internal mission docs.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Workflow I’m testing:</b> When an insight pops into my head, I don&#39;t sit down and flesh it out and then share it with AI. Together we dive deeply into the idea and flesh it our further. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">We <b>Red Team</b> the idea. I have the AI poke holes in my logic to see if the insight holds up. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Once it’s sound, the system maps that insight to the RAG data and generates a massive batch of content—all in my voice, using a &quot;Skill&quot; I’ve been training it in.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The &quot;Clean&quot; Metric</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is perhaps one of the most critical part of the build: <b>The AI will not share performance metrics with me.</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">On some level, I don’t care. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Also, I’m consciously aware of the problem it creates. When you start seeing something work, you start moving in that direction. When you capture an Audience, often the audience also captures you!<br><br>To that ends, AI will focus on capturing the audience, while I stay focused purely on the next deep insight. The AI learns what worked and optimizes the <i>next</i> batch, while I stay &quot;clean&quot; from audience capture.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Eventually, this is how this newsletter will be produced. We think that if the AI knows everything then it will be more helpful.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But I have discovered, while building the <b>Game of Life,</b> is that AI is actually a slave to its <b>Context Window</b>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Whatever is written in that window becomes truth for the AI. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It sets a &quot;trajectory&quot; that is incredibly hard to change. If the context window starts with a certain bias or a specific problem, the AI gets &quot;stuck&quot; there. Building a truly intelligent agent isn&#39;t just about what you put in—it’s about the art of <b>managing, resetting, and reshaping the context window</b> so the AI can actually change its mind and give you a new direction.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-deep-dive">The Deep Dive</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Project: Pure Experience</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Unlike the AI Directory, which is built on a massive Semantic SEO structure, my other project, <b>The Game of Life</b>, is pure experience. There is no static content. Instead, it’s a series of games, tests, and conversations designed to reveal something about <b>YOU</b>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The goal is to let the AI &quot;understand how you understand.&quot; By mapping the hidden structures that drive your psyche—where you are stuck, where you conflict, and where you excel—the AI creates a <b>MAP</b> of your internal world.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>What this looks like in practice:</b></p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Pinpoint Clarity:</b> Once you have your MAP, you can ask questions about your career, health, or relationships and get insights and instructions tailored to your specific psychological makeup.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Domain-Specific Agents:</b> We are building agents for specific life domains. For example, a <b>Relationship AI</b> that sees your MAP and understands your conflict patterns.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The &quot;Boss&quot; Use Case:</b> Imagine dropping a LinkedIn profile of your boss into the system. The AI compares their public persona with your internal MAP to give you a guide on how to talk to them, avoid conflicts, and manage the relationship.</p></li></ul><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-context-art-form">The &quot;Context Art Form&quot; </h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">My biggest learning here is that for AI to be a true partner, we have to master the &quot;reset.&quot;</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>Example:</i> If you spend 20 minutes venting to an AI about a problem, the &quot;context window&quot; is now filled with negativity. If you then ask for a creative solution, the AI is still &quot;colored&quot; by your vent. Between 2016 and 2023, that worked—we hit 10 million views a year just by out-writing everyone.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But then AI came.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I tested a theory: I used AI to publish 1,000+ pages on personality psychology. I got instant topic authority and hit 10k/mo visitors in weeks. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>That’s when I knew we were in trouble.</b> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If anyone can have topic authority in weeks, then no one has it. If AI can write the articles, it already knows the information. Why would a user visit a website just to read a static article they could ask an LLM about directly?</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The <b>New Insight</b> is that the future of the web isn’t Information; it’s <b>Context</b>. The real advantage is no longer knowing the facts; it’s knowing how to structure information into <b>Semantic Ontologies</b> that LLMs can &quot;feast&quot; on.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">You don&#39;t build a site for humans to read; you build a coherent context for AI to interpret. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">For humans, you need to build something else—something with value that LLMs <b>cannot</b> replicate.</p><hr class="content_break"><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-deep-dive"><b>The Deep Dive</b></h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Shift: From Information to Experience</b> I realized that if a website is going to survive, it can no longer just be a place you visit to read. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It has to become a place where you can have a <b>unique experience</b>—a place where you can actually do things and achieve a specific goal that cannot be done via a general LLM.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">To this end, I wanted to test these ideas by building an AI Directory using a Semantic SEO methodology.</p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Architecture:</b> We didn’t just list tools. We organized them by Industry, Department, Use Case, and Tag. We mapped 100+ tools to hundreds of resources—case studies, frameworks, and playbooks.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Goal:</b> To create a &quot;window&quot; or &quot;filter.&quot; By providing this structured context, we give the AI a way to produce more useful and accurate responses than it could on its own.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Result:</b> Traffic jumped to <b>15k/mo</b>, and here’s the kicker: most of that traffic is coming from LLMs. The AIs are using our organizational structure to understand the market.</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="the-future-the-experience-layer"><b>The Future: The Experience Layer</b> </h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This was our MVP. If this project continues to grow, I will add the <b>Experience Layer</b>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The &quot;experience&quot; will be an AI Agent deeply trained on this data, featuring its own RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and system prompts designed for this specific work. I’m moving away from sharing NEWS, Tutorials, and How-Tos. AI can already do all of that.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Instead, we will FOCUS on INSIGHT.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In understanding, in a deep way, the inner nature of these systems (what the Greeks called <i>noesis</i>). </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">From now on, this newsletter will follow a simple, two-part format:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>New Insight (1 min read):</b> I’ll start with an Insight I have had about AI. This insight can be entirely new or go counter to common beliefs. </style><div class='beehiiv__body'><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Hi everyone,</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’ve been quiet since November because I’ve been building.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Over the past few months, AI has moved so quickly that the barrier between an idea and a high-powered system has essentially vanished. Even as a non-developer, I’ve found that working with AI is like having a small team of A-level developers who work for $40 a month and can write 1,000 lines of code in minutes.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So since November I have been in a state of effortless flow, where I built two major projects:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The AI Directory:</b> A platform to navigate the explosion of AI tools. It can help you find the right AI tool based on use case, industry, department, etc. It’s already scaled to 15,000 visitors per month.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>The Game of Life:</b> A project I’ve been dreaming of since 2018. It’s an AI system designed to understand your unique psyche and core fixations to help you become meta-aware. It’s a tool for improving life quality and mental health, and it’s been life-changing to build.</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">What these projects demonstrated to me is that we are now in the era of <b>Creative Sovereignty</b>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">One person can now build world-class infrastructure in weeks. What was once impossible because of the &quot;development triangle&quot;—where you had to choose any two: Low Price, High Quality, or Quick Time—is now the norm.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In the same way electricity brought the Industrial Revolution into the home via appliances, AI is bringing the Tech Revolution home to the individual.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>And that brings us to the robots.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Alongside my builds, I’ve been architecting a series of Physical AI events.
