We women already make up 50.5 % of the U.S. population and roughly half of humanity, yet our economic punch is even bigger than our head-count. Globally, we ladies control about $35 trillion in consumer-goods spending—roughly half of all household purchases financebuzz.com.

In the United States we literally sway / slay 85 % of buying decisions and our
12 million women-owned firms generate $2.1 trillion in annual receipts forbes.comcensus.gov.

Chicago (~12 k) all showcase the scale of female-led enterprise. Just sayin’ census.gov

Still, we women hold only a sliver of AI-powered equity and executive seats—leaving a yawning wealth-and-influence gap. Think I should keep this work as my hobby like my X suggested I do? lol. Me neither !And get this: McKinsey pegs the global GDP upside of closing that gap at $12 trillion by 2025 - Mckinsey

Idk about you, but I’m tired of hustling! It’s time to flip that narrative and build systems that are actually inclusive, sustainable, & human-first.

2. We Are Building & Strengthening Collective Power

🤝 Real change doesn’t happen in isolation. Movements, businesses, & industries shift when people come together, share knowledge, & truly show up to support one another. Breath in, Breath out.

🔹 Leadership Will Be Shared, Not Hoarded – Power works best when it’s distributed, not locked up in executive boardrooms or gate kept by the same old faces.
🔹 Movements Scale When We Work Together – We will bridge grassroots organizing with digital strategy, ensuring that movements aren’t just loud—they’re effective, strategic, and built to last.
🔹 Success Is About Sustainability, Not Just Growth – Growth without a solid, sustainable foundation leads to burnout. We are building long-term structures that serve, not exploit.

Clean out those old systems!

🔹 The Leaders of the Future Are Adaptive & Embodied – Hustle culture and empty empowerment slogans aren’t cutting it anymore. We are leading with intuition, strategy, and a plan that actually works.
🔹 Sustainability & Well-Being Will Be Built In – Burnout is not a badge of honor. The new leadership model prioritizes collective care, longevity, and joy—because you can’t run a business (or a movement) if you’re running on fumes.
🔹 When the Systems Don’t Serve Us, We Actively Build New Ones – We’re not here to duct tape old institutions together. We are here to design better ones—ones that work, ones that last, and ones that include everyone.

🤖 AI Is Here to Support You, Not Replace You

AI is not coming to take your job, your leadership, or your creativity. I promise!

AI is not some futuristic sci-fi dream (or nightmare)—it’s where we are right now. AI is what personal emails and websites were 10-15 years ago. Back then, businesses that dismissed those tools as unnecessary got left behind. Today, brushing off AI as just "robots n’ stuff" is like rejecting email in 1998.

I’ll say that again for my friends in the back: AI is NOT here to replace us! 

It’s here to support you, enhance your leadership, and make your work more efficient—without stripping away the human touch. Remember when people said the internet was just a fad? Yeah. AI is an augmentation tool, not a replacement tool. The leaders of the future will be the ones who embrace it as an asset, not an adversary.

AI is a tool of technology that is not here for us just to save time, automate the boring stuff, and devalue our critical thinking skills. We can harness this tool, like we have many other advances of technology ( emails, websites, smart phones) and this time ensure that we keep humanity at the center of it all. For more advanced groups, I even show how to build custom AI tools (yes, you can have your own chat bot!).

I’m not waiting until the next election to build better!

Hey girl,hey ! Let’s talk about something big: AI, empathy, and making sure the digital future isn’t just a rerun of the same old biases. Since 2020, I’ve been building a better version of the internet—one where entrepreneurs, especially women, ALL WOMEN, have access to the tools, funding, and tech they actually need. And now, with AI evolving at lightning speed, we need to ensure it works for us, not against us.

Even if you ‘don’t do tech very well’… or at all…I just want to share this ON REPEAT:

Tech is just a way to do something, like a hammer or even a nail file.

That starts with empathy, ethical tech, and making sure business owners—especially women—have the tools to boss the bots instead of getting steamrolled by them.
