The Bull in Crypto is Winning But The Bear is Not Going Down Easily.

As you know I shorted Bitcoin a few days before the announcement of the Bitcoin ETF approvals. It was one of the easiest trades I ever made. The more info you have regarding whichever way a trade is going, the better chance you have of gaining the result you desire.

Here are a few things to consider running up to the Bitcoin ETF announcements the Perma-Bulls failed to mention.

a. It was a Buy The Rumor, Sell The News event.

b. Everybody and their Milk Men was talking about Bitcoin.

c. The RSI and the chart was overbought.

d. If you were bearish you were called crazy.

e. The bull cycle is just getting heated up and the move was too early.

f. The Bitcoin Halving is in April.

The Aurox indicator Turned Red On The Weekly 1 Week Before the Pump and Dump.

If you followed the Aurox Indicator on the Aurox charts you would have seen the incoming pullback. It really is not rocket science. I am not the smartest person in the world. I just use the tools at my disposal.

What comes next for Bitcoin and greater crypto?

Well, Bitcoin will likely bottom out here but I would not get too optimistic until you see a green Aurox indicator on the weekly. A good DCA here would not hurt because Bitcoin is still green on the monthly Aurox Indicator which signals that the bull market is still in play. We just need the weekly signal to return green. Then I believe we will have a pullback again in March, possibly at the end of February if the whales start their whales games early this cycle.

Too The Dismay of HEX and Pulsechain Maxi’s I Will Also Talk About TitanX.

The end of TitanX was foretold by many naysayers over the last month. Many claimed that this week would see a collapse in the price of TitanX and the end of the supposed ponzi. Wow, nothing could be further from the truth. The supposed red candles never came and we saw the first dapp built on top of TitanX called DragonX launch. It was a beautiful thing to see almost 1 Trillion TitanX get swapped for DragonX.

As many more projects gear up to launch on TitanX I would prepare your ETH and TitanX bags for the onslaught of ways to leverage your position.

The Bull is Back on Pulsechain, NOPE Token is Pushing Forward!

Wow, what a New Moon it has been! We have not seen numbers like this in a long time. For a few days the Pulsechain ecosystem was pumping like we were in the middle of a full on bull market.

Just a day before I was warning people that Bitcoin was topping out and then it would pullback on the ETF announcement. I actually pulled out my trading skills for this one and opened a 5X leveraged position. This was a buy the rumor, sell the news event that I could not pass up. I was hearing stories of families discussing the approval of the Bitcoin ETF’s around the Christmas table. This was a huge warning sign to me.

I also had a personal story when my Step Father mentioned that his Brother and his son were discussing that Bitcoin was a great opportunity now. I laughed when he told me. The best opportunity to buy Bitcoin in this cycle was just over 18 months ago. If you follow me, you know that I buy deep red candles and sell the green candles when everyone says something is going to the moon.

My Opinion About The Banksters Co-Opting Bitcoin and Soon Ethereum.

As a long time gold and silver bug I know the feeling when the Gov, SEC, and Bankers come in and launch their ETF’s. When these people come in, the excitement for me goes cold.

They have been accumulating Bitcoin for years. My former client was a Bitcoin miner who had many clients on Wall Street. They would sell all of their Virgin Bitcoin at a nice premium because Wall Street only wanted, non-transacted BTC. They were doing this back in 2018-2021. I imagine it is still a practice today.

So how does this play out for Ethereum? My guess is that the next big pump will be Ethereum as there are already requests for ETF’s for the crypto asset. This means, in my opinion, that Ethereum could pass Bitcoin in market cap this bull cycle. I am also speculating that the top of this bull market will be the approval of the Ethereum ETF.

I believe that the days of massive gains for Bitcoin are behind us. The opportunity now lies in alt coins, well that has been true for many years. So it is time to learn about other ecosystems like Pulsechain where true DEFI is still available to everyone with the opportunity to make massive gains.

Panama Updates.

I had a meeting with my friend David last week and he is putting the final touches on his real estate project. The bridge that will cut the trip from Panama City to the area from 3 hours to 1 hour is almost done. I can’t wait to unveil this to the community. This project will no only be about owning your own 5 hectare or 11 acre farm but it also leads to Permanent Panama residency and if desired, citizenship.

My personal citizenship update is that I have completed my interview and now I have to wait a year for the process to complete. The last step is a written history test. This week I had to write an essay in Spanish as to why I want to be a citizen. I literally channeled my 4 years of high school Spanish.

Looking Back at My Bitcoin HODL Mindset and Having Fond Memories of a Day Now Far Behind Me.

Transitioning From The Bitcoin HODL Mindset to Being a Liquidity Provider in Decentralized Finance.

It seems like ages ago when I first learned and wrote about Bitcoin back in September 2011. My partner Mike and I used to ride to work together every day and discuss ways to grow our financial assets. You see, we were in charge of marketing for a company that sold precious metals. Bitcoin, to us, seemed like a natural progression of the world financial system. We both knew that digital currencies were going to become a normal part of our lives in the future and getting in on the ground floor made sense.

My Crypto Past

The first time we talked about buying Bitcoin the price was a paltry $7. For some reason, we never pulled the trigger. Instead I kept buying Silver all the way to the top of $42. What a colossal mistake we both made. Every time we see each other, to this day, we still reminisce about that error in judgement.

Fast forward to 2014 my wife and I plunged head first into Bitcoin after selling my house in Rochester, New York. We took what little was left, after the tax man took their ill gotten slice, and we bought our first Bitcoins. This was the beginning of the first long bear market for BTC and I had a wonderful time learning, making mistakes, trading on leverage, losing my ass, trusting scoundrels, and earning Bitcoin for marketing jobs. If I would have listened to my acquaintance Trace Mayer and chose to HODL my Bitcoin I would have been very, very wealthy in 2017. Trace taught me that if I did not hold my Bitcoin, they were not mine.

Instead of HODLing, I chose to chase ICO’s and coins that I had no business being in. Thankfully we made out like bandits because we chose to work in the industry and my wife and I helped over 40 projects in those years. It was both a blessing and a headache. We were able to meet some amazing people, but the majority were just driven by greed. When 2017 passed and many friends became very wealthy, we never heard from them again.

My Crypto Present.

Then came the years of HEX where I learned from Richard Heart the parts of crypto that I had not fully grasped yet. He introduced me to the idea of delayed gratification. If I take my tokens and lock them up for a period of time, I have no temptation to sell them. He also taught us that we should not be using middle men. Since the launch of HEX we have not used a centralized exchange besides our bank to off board crypto into fiat. HEX changed our lives exponentially!

My Crypto Future.

There is something happening that is changing my perspective of crypto entirely. We have reached that level in crypto where we can participate in DEFI (Decentralized Finance) with a portion of our portfolio.

One of my friends is a top ten liquidity provider in Pulsechain and he is doing so well, that I was convinced to give it a go. At first I was quite nervous because I was always told that impermanent loss is a problem and I personally did not want to lose my beloved bags of crypto that way. Now that I have played with liquidity providing, I have learned that with a little training we can avoid most of the pitfalls in liquidity providing. Now we have about 10% of our total holdings providing liquidity in farms, pools, and concentrated liquidity.

I recommend that everyone should learn about liquidity in order to learn how to enter or exit positions with the least amount of effect on the price of any given asset on the blockchain.

Here is a great series I recommend everyone watch. It was put together by our friend Crypto Sloth. He is a honorable man in the world of crypto.

I like liquidity providing because it provides me a way to earn a predictable amount of crypto daily as well as a way to DCA into projects that I like. It also gives me more control over my positions because I no longer need to rely on crypto founders, teams, fomo, fud, as way to move markets. Liquidity providers make more crypto in every situation. That is what I call a winning strategy. So I recommend 2024 be the year you learn how to truly be the decentralized bank.

NOPE token has been live for less than a month and I am still mind blown by the community support of Pulsechain. The airdrop for NOPE went out to less than 400 people and they have largely held their bags in support of the price. The traders have come and gone but now it is time for the community.

What Can We Expect in 2024. Randy Hilarski Sounds Off!

Can you feel the energy? People are showing their optimism for 2024! I can’t help but join in the fervor. Who can blame the world? In 2020 we were hoodwinked by the Pharmaceutical industrial complex, in 2021 all the major currencies were nuked with inflation and many people thought they made it financially, in 2022 all of the inflation came home to roost, in 2023 we were able to catch our breath, albeit with a healthy dose of skepticism. On top of this the geopolitical drama continues as Ukraine lost favor to a Decem Mellenniuum war, and a border as porous as a cheese cloth. Just keep cheering for your chosen sides and ignoring the fact that they are hiring non-citizen police in California.

LOL, yes I took Latin in school. I used Google but I figured I would shill the quality of my public school indoctrination. Thank you Rochester City School District for all you did for me. It isn’t like that anymore but one can wax nostalgic of their childhood.

If You Have Not, 2024 Might Be The Time To Turn Your Attention to You and Yours!

The people who want to continue their ruling streak want nothing more than for you to focus on their dramas, distractions, and agendas. I would like nothing more than 2024 to be the year where the world said no more? Let’s turn our backs on what they want you to perceive as important, and instead why not get back to basics? Let’s start with our families and friends. I think the world could use a large dose of forgiveness and a heap of love.

There is a method to my madness. I know, it sounds crazy to prioritize our communities and families because certain movements over the last 60 years have done everything they can to undermine the foundation of what makes a community. I frankly don’t care what subset of your community you are in. Their goal is to upset and fragment connectivity among people. If you feel alone in this world, this could be the cause. It is time to repair and rebuild if we want any chance to survive the onslaught that their agendas will provoke in the coming decade.

Some will call me old-fashioned but I am just old enough to remember nightly meals with my family, visiting relatives on Tuesday nights, youth group on Friday nights, and church on Sundays. We were also on a first name basis with all of our neighbors, shared our tiny backyard crops, shoveled driveways for $10, and we were courteous with anyone we happened to have an interaction with on a daily basis. Then when we had a disagreement with the kid down the street, we beat the crap out of each other and then played basketball together the following day, while I nursed a black eye. It was all ok because I was asked a simple question, “Did the other guy look worse?”

We can repair society but it will take pairing down our selfishness and looking outward towards our fellow man or woman.

Randy’s 2024 Predictions for Cryptocurrency.

Well, here we are, 2023 is wrapping up nicely. It is almost if I called the rebound for the markets and crypto on the day. I had been saying since 2022 that we would not see a recovery until the Jubilee year ended on Rosh Hashanah 2023, which was in September. Since then Bitcoin and Ethereum have been running as well as a decent amount of other lesser known cryptos.

Let’s Revisit a few of my 2023 calls.

The Good-

1. HEX $.12 top in January.

2. Selling Pulsechain, Pulsex, HEX and all other liquid crypto assets in July due to the Blue Moon coming in August. Ouch for hodlers!

3. Buying back after the Jubilee year ended in September.

The Bad-

1. Pulsechain to the moon at launch. We had a 3X then bridge folly, Pulsex not paying LP fees, SEC shenanigans.

2. 9Inch, more like 2Inch. Now, I wait to see if they can deliver on the marketing.

3. The PH ecosystem including Phiat, Phux, Phame. I did not expect this much pain.

4. ICOSA, and Hedron what is Alex up to?

5. All sacrifices are down from the sac rates considerably. I expected at least a few to flourish.

It is really early to make predictions for crypto in 2024 but I will do my best.

a. Bitcoin will rise and then fall on the announcement of the approved Bitcoin ETF. The closer the announcement comes to the Bitcoin halving, the harder the pullback will be. We could see low $30k BTC again. If the FED loses control of the narrative we could see even lower prices before new all time highs in late 2024.

b. We will see Ethereum ETF’s on the stage next. This could be the top signal for this Crypto bull cycle. Ethereum could finally replace Bitcoin as the king of Market Cap. Ethereum will become unusable and will have to become a store of value.

c. The SEC narrative of targeting crypto companies will be seen as just another farce by a 3 letter agency to do the bidding of their bankster overlords.

d. Richard Heart will become a darling of crypto as he goes head to head with the SEC over their agenda to protect the banks.

e. Pulsechain will begin its emergence as the best Layer 1 EVM. If Richard fights the SEC the price of Pulsechain and its ecosystem will lag behind the greater crypto market. If Richard capitulates and pays the bribe to the SEC, Pulsechain will likely go bonkers in upward price movement. The community will continue building.

f. Fantastic projects will be built on top of TitanX, which will nuke the supply. Therein causing the price of TitianX to fend off the inflation from the miners. TitanX can be found on Ethereum.

NOPE Token is Live and The Future of No Permissions in 2024!

A few weeks back we launched NOPE on Pulsechain. We had the best first 12 hours for a token in the short history of Pulsechain. We launched with a 48X but we settled at a more manageable 5X where we have been hovering around for two weeks. 35% of the supply has been airdropped to the No Permissions Patreon group.

The goal was to thank the community for their support over the first year and reimburse them for their Patreon fees. Everyone is sitting pretty and some are earning BBC rewards on 9INCH using their NOPE paired with Pulsechain or 9Inch. This week we also launched a NOPE/PLS pair on 9mm.pro where users can earn a future 9mm token airdrop for being liquidity providers. Soon we will be launching a pool on Phux.io.

Below is an example of the type of content we will be creating for NOPE. We aim to reach out to communities around the world who are fighting the good fight against tyranny of any kind. I don’t want to give too many details out publicly, but we aim to be one of the bigger onboarding tools for the Pulsechain ecosystem.

Happy New Years to All Of You!

From me and my family I want to wish all of you a healthy and prosperous 2024. Keep your heads on a swivel and please stop watching mainstream media for your mental health and mine.

Christmas Time in Edinburgh.

It is hard to believe that we have already reached the six month mark since the blockchain went live. We had our hopes up for a stellar rise in price and the launch of all of the projects that we had sacrificed for over the last few years.

Then came the realization that Pulsechain was not immune to the crypto wide bear market and 3 letter agencies. We struggled like every other major Layer One. When it comes to price action we stumbled. The PLS price continued to trend down for months causing the community to bring out the knives and chop each other to bits. It really was a sad state of affairs, but I for one know who the wolves in sheep’s clothing are now. Since then PLS has recovered about 50% but has yet to recover to the original sacrifice rate of .0001. My guess is that we will see that price in January as we head to the Bitcoin halving. The community will applaud the comeback and pretend that the dip at launch never happened.

HEX

How did HEX handle the Pulsechain fork? Well, eHEX and pHEX are staying near the 90% down from the all time high number in combined value. I know folks don’t seem to like it when we say combined value, but that is exactly what it is. When eHEX pumped the community screamed with Maxi thunder, “We are Back!”, and then reality set in as an unknown whale came in and pumped the price and then a month later dumped it. Like I said, “beware of the wolves in sheep’s clothing.” HEX on Ethereum as well as Pulsechain will do great in this bull run but I do not have my hopes up until post Bitcoin halving when the altcoin market will likely heat up.

HEX is now 100% decentralized. With just a few clicks you are on your way to an experience that is safeguarded against interference by people outside of the community.

PLSX

The Pulsex DEX had such high hopes of the community. We thought we were getting a DEX with an exchange, limit orders, farms, and pools but sadly, at launch, we had many of the features we looked forward to missing. As well as some code blunders due to unaudited code. We don’t tolerate projects that have not been audited, I don’t know why we tolerated this from the Pulsex team. The price of Pulsex today reflects the attitude of a community who lost confidence. At the bottom, Pulsex was down 90% from the sac rate of .0001. I am sure there will be new features launched on Pulsex in the future. I for one have been accumulating PLSX at these absurd prices.

I have not tried the IPFS version of Pulsex yet but I heard it is also available 100% decentralized. The Richard Heart ecosystem is changing the game.

Liquid Loans

There is not much to say here since this one continues to be delayed. I have been saying for a while that I believe Liquid Loans could be the catalyst that really sparks a Pulsechain price run as people borrow against PLS. Also since all of this depends on their Fetch oracle, we will have to wait and see if the November launch happens. I will include Power City here because they are relying on Fetch to launch. They could cause a nice move in the PLSX price as people borrow against PLSX.

This week during our No Permissions Strategy call a member broke down how UPx works and I FOMO’ed into buying this token. UPx will utilize the Haunted Strategy on Liquid Loans and Powercity in its token economics. It is not often that I buy green candles but I felt this one was quality enough to take the risk.

9 Inch

A true definition of a shit show. This DEX launched with issue after issue. I for one have not enjoyed the miserable returns but it seems par for the course when a project launches on Pulsechain. I continue to hold and have my LP set in support of a team that I think will pull through this. They have learned some hard lessons here and this tends to mean that they will not repeat them in the future. At this juncture I am predominantly holding e9INCH and 50% less p9INCH as I think the biggest opportunities will be on Ethereum if they do this right.

Updates on our trip.

At this moment I am on a train speeding from Dublin, Ireland to Belfast, Ireland and now Edinburgh to London. The trip so far over the first two weeks has been quite eventful. We have met so many of the No Permissions Patreon as well as our fellow Pulsechain, HEX, and 9INCH fans. Everyone has been so friendly. It feels really good to have such a strong community spread around the world. It seems wherever we go, there is someone who reaches out to us in order to spend some time with them. We are grateful!

What is happening with NOPE Token? As I have mentioned before we will be launching as soon as we return home to Panama. Currently our return is scheduled for mid-December but sadly the protests in Panama are not subsiding so we may be forced to launch NOPE while we are in Europe. Believe me, that is not my desire, but we will if we have no choice. Sometime in early December I will send out a mass message to everyone on Patreon alerting you to the upcoming airdrop and ask you all to send me your desired address to use.

Let it Begin! Since I began my Schmita series in September 2022 I have been publicly saying that the cryptocurrency market would rebound at the end of the Jubilee year and I also thought that Pulsechain could lead the upcoming bull market in cryptocurrency.

Key Takeaways in Cryptocurrency This Last Week.

• Fake Blackrock ETF approval Tweet sends Bitcoin soaring. Yet, I look around and say, “Was it fake, or just an insider that pulled the trigger too early?”

• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dropped securities-violations charges against fintech company Ripple’s top leaders.

• Due to the above, I believe the HEX community has been emboldened. eHEX has now passed $.01 in value marking a 261% run in 7 days. Will we have parity between HEX and eHEX?

• Mintra launched and has floundered. Could it be how the liquidity was handled, the long wait, or just that the NFT world is struggling at the moment? I am quite disappointed in this one. The launch of the platform will be next week. Hopefully that is the spark the causes the project to gain attention.

• Fetch code issue causes slight delay for Liquid Loans, which in turn also causes a delay for Power City.

• 9Inch should be here very soon. My interview with Qeno the Lead Dev was cancelled due to his workload. Hexy Bastard is streaming on Sunday and I will be streaming with him on Monday.

My Take on The HEX Rise.

We have not seen a move like this in HEX since early in 2023. The difference this time is the speculation is not about Pulsechain launching but rather preparation for an upcoming crypto bull cycle. Grandpa Bitcoin and HEX are leading the way in the crypto world this week. Folks, this is shock and awe crypto style.

Now, I would caution you to FOMO buy here. We have had seven straight days of green for eHEX. If I was a leverage trader I would likely put a short position in here at $.011. We are due for a normal pullback. No worries, we all know what HEX can do. So do like me, buy HEX, Stake HEX, and enjoy your life. If you do not have 100 T-Shares, I would focus on accomplishing that first.

Our No Permissions event is still on hold until the crypto markets realize a healthy pump. Until then, I posted an article about the Best Places to Live in Panama. One of the most common questions I receive is where a person should live in this beautiful country. This country has a beautiful city, beach areas, mountain towns, jungle retreats, coffee farms, farm areas, and islands. I will tell you what I tell everyone. You have to live somewhere for an extended period of time before committing to buying property. Why not check out many different areas and just rent? Buying is so overrated in this uncertain world.

Bitcoin Holding The Line.

The battle for the Green Aurox Indicator continues for Bitcoin. Currently we have lost it but Bitcoin is resilient and is holding the line. Hopefully this week with the bullish energy of the new moon, BTC and push back above the upper trend line. The magic number for the Green Aurox Indicator is around $27,600. If we can’t reclaim that position then it is possible we will see $25k BTC before the next leg up. Personally I am hoping for the higher trend line being recovered, because frankly I am tired of this bear market.

If we dip to $25k I expect BTC will have a very good November.

Wow, I am closing in on my 13th year in Panama. Twelve of those years I have been married to Anabell and five of those include our semi-feral kiddo Maximus. I like to think that I have made some amazing decisions here and some blunders. Overall moving and choosing to live in Panama has been the best decision of my life. A few months back I began my naturalization to become a Panamanian citizen, which I am quite proud of. 1. Always visit before making the move!

2. After you move here, try living in different parts of the country for a few months at a time.

3. Never buy real estate before renting in the area or building first.

4. You do not need a relocation tour in Panama. Network, Network.

5. Get to know people in your segment of the population. If you have kids, talk to people with kids. If you are retired, talk with retired people.

6. You do not need a residency carnet immediately, no lawyer needed.

7. Learn some Spanish!

8. Do not come here looking to do business upon arrival or come here looking for a job.

9. You do not need a car if you live in Panama City, or Bocas del Toro.

10. You do not need to go to Punta Pacifica Hospital. There are plenty of other quality lower cost options. We prefer Hospital Nacional. If you need a pediatrician, let me know.

Panama is Not for Everyone!

The sad truth is that many people who move here decide to leave after a few short years. We have seen so many people come and go and it is disheartening. They were sold a bag of lies, or they had expectations that were unrealized. Just in the last year I have helped just over ten people come here open bank accounts, a few are looking to get residency, and a large group of people are looking to buy property here as a back up solution to their main residence.

Like I mentioned in the 10 steps for making the move to Panama, I think everyone should live here for a bit as an extended stay tourist before making the commitment. I also have to say that I would prefer that not many people make the move to Panama. I kind of like it the way it is!

So remember, Panama is a dangerous place, you can’t drink the water, the mosquitoes will eat you alive, the earthquakes will rock your world, China owns the Panama Canal, the Americans will take over the country again, the towers are made of cocaine, and god forbid a prostitute winks at you. For over a year I have been talking about the importance of the Shemitah which was in the Jewish year 5782 and the Jubilee year in 5783 which ends on the 17th of September, 2023. These two years have had huge impacts on the world around us.

The last time we had a Jubilee year was when the US took the US Dollar off of the gold standard and made the USD 100% a fiat currency. Well, this year we have seen the transition of the fiat USD, to the Digital USD with the announcement of FedNow. This is a major change in how our money works. All around the world we are seeing the move to digital money.

We are a family that travels often and we experienced this last year when we were in the UK, and more recently in Canada. Less and less places are accepting cash for payment. The emerging economies are mineral rich, and it makes sense for them to vouch for a standard that is mineral based other than the dollar which is not currently based on anything other than the United States economy and military industrial complex.

I think the West is greatly underestimating the future impact of the BRICS+. I do believe the new joint currency will first be used between countries and banks, but will quickly be rolled out as a currency for the masses. I am dismayed that one of the first uses of it have been to harm others by stealing another persons persona in order to fleece unknowing individuals.

• Voice modeling- Thieves will input your voice into an AI tool and get it to say anything it wants in your voice. For example they can demand ransom money by pretending to be your child or loved one in distress.

• Text based- Thieves will write you, pretending to know you by researching your public profiles and then use my persona with a fake social media account to ask you for money, crypto, or something I have not thought of yet.

• Video based- Thieves will input your video content into an AI tool that will say anything the thieves want it to say. This is where the term “Deep Fakes” came from. Prepare yourselves, if you thought they fooled you with the moon landing, just wait until fake versions of ourselves are destroying the real personas by stealing from the masses and destroying reputations.

This is just the beginning of this war. The thieves are always looking for an edge and sadly the naive public is too busy watching sports and Netflix to care enough about the tsunami of falsehood that is going to befall them. My readers on the other hand will not have any excuse. I am here to inform you about what is already here and what is coming on the horizon.

If you have been following me for any length of time, you know that I have been pessimistic about the crypto markets for almost 2 years. Yes, I have been bullish on Pulsechain but the overall crypto markets I remain a bear.

Let's be Frank, we have very few allies at this point.

As the enemies close in and prey on the weakness of a community that has largely given up. There is a small group of HEX Miners who have suited up for battle. This group has put on their armor and once again and have chosen to defend what we believe to be the best smart contract in crypto. A smart contract that mimics a popular product in the banking sector, called a Certificate of Deposit, or Time Deposit in Europe.

What I have come to realize is that the foundation of this ecosystem continues to be HEX and the success of HEX is the greatest sign that the Pulsechain ecosystem is flourishing. Without HEX, I believe that Pulsechain would be just another flash in the pan Layer 1 competitor to Ethereum. I recall the whole existence of Pulsechain was to give relief to the HEX community from the exorbitant fees on Ethereum.

This whole situation that we find ourselves in rhymes with 2020 but sadly the naysayers have more ammo now that they have a three letter agency backing up their rhetoric. On top of this we have factions within the community that are turning on themselves and attacking content creators . When I saw the news drop I knew we would be in for a tough time and the recovery would likely be painful. The drop has been quite dismaying to watch. Of course, as a perpetual optimist I believe we will recover and it will be glorious.

Sure there were times where I felt Richard went off course. The outrage marketing was a perfect example of, please Richard stop, but we can’t always agree 100% with another persons decision. I for one believe that if the outrage marketing never happened, HEX would have continued to be under the radar of the SEC.

What is Hex, Pulse Chain, and PulseX?

Hex is a cryptocurrency that was launched on the Ethereum blockchain in 2019 as a smart contract. It launched on the Ethereum blockchain as a finished product. In its initial days, Hex was given out for free to all who owned Bitcoin and they would claim it on the Hex website. It is the world's first high-interest blockchain certificate of deposit. The project's website states that users can earn interest by staking their Hex tokens for higher rewards by staking larger amounts for longer periods.

PulseChain is a state-of-the-art fork or copy of the Ethereum 2.0 staking protocol created to be a faster and more efficient version of the Ethereum blockchain with the aim of offering faster transaction speeds and lower fees than Ethereum. It is also one of the biggest airdrops of all time ever created because every erc20 that existed is copied over to the PulseChain blockchain.

PulseX is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that was developed by the PulseChain team and a fork of the Uniswap (DEX). The exchange allows users to trade cryptocurrencies and native PulseChain ecosystem tokens. The project's website states that it offers lower fees and faster transaction speeds than other DEX’s.

Both PulseChain and PulseX were projects launched as social experiments of to raise awareness and solidarity in the Hex ecosystem. They both have a very interesting social element that speaks to the selflessness and need to see good being done in the crypto world. They had a sacrifice phase where participants sacrificed to medical research foundation called SENS which received about $27 million dollars for the PulseChain sacrifice and Freedom of Speech and for the PulseX Freedom of Movement sacrifice undertaken during the COVID19 pandemic.

Controversies and Legal Issues for Richard Heart and HEX.

In late 2022, Richard Heart and HEX became the subject of an SEC investigation following allegations that the project was a Ponzi scheme. The SEC sent subpoenas to Richard Heart and his companies, seeking information about the unregistered offerings of digital assets and other potential securities law violations. The SEC also filed a lawsuit against Richard Heart in August 2023, alleging that he violated the registration provisions of the federal securities laws by offering and selling HEX tokens without registering them with the SEC.

Overall, Richard Heart and his crypto projects have faced significant legal and regulatory scrutiny, with allegations of unregistered offerings, securities fraud, and violations of the Securities Act of 1933. In response to these allegations, Richard Heart has since March 2023, abandoned his outrage marketing tactics and transitioned back to the humble Richard Heart with reduced streaming and talking engagements. He is currently active on twitter as he prepares to face the allegations brought against him by the SEC.

Accusations of Fraud

Richard Heart, the founder of Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX, has been accused of fraud and wrongdoing by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for conducting unregistered offerings of crypto asset securities that raised more than $1 billion from investors. The SEC alleges that Heart illegally raised funds from investors through three different unregistered securities offerings.

Heart has been charged with misappropriating millions of dollars raised from investors, spending investor funds on luxury goods, including a McLaren and Ferrari sports cars, and four Rolex watches costing $3.02 million. He is also accused of purchasing "The Enigma," a 555-carat black diamond costing $3.16 million.

The SEC has accused Heart of violating antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws and seeks to obtain permanent injunctions, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains with prejudgment interest, and civil penalties against him and the three unincorporated entities he controls.

Heart has denied the allegations and has stated that he will fight the charges. He has also stated that he believes that the SEC's allegations are without merit and that he has not violated any securities laws.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Overall I think the case that the SEC has against Richard Heart is bollocks! As far as I know the funds that were raised during the two sacrifices were never misappropriated. I personally believe that Richard will fight these flimsy allegations. Even if he chooses to settle, that will just pave the way for a Pulsechain Bull Run.

I have been told that I am smoking hopium and that HEX, Pulsechain, and Pulsex are dead and will not go anywhere. Well, I disagree wholeheartedly. I believe the case the SEC filed against Richard Heart is the best marketing tool he could ever ask for, especially just before the documentary, “The Highest of Stakes” launched.

Over the next few weeks we could have some trying times. There is one huge caveat. That is the fact that many projects are building tools in the Pulsechain ecosystem that will continue to improve how we use it day to day. I for one am not worried one bit about the future of all of the Richard Heart projects.

I have some expectations that all of these projects will have launched by September. As I have mentioned in my Patreon and on my livestreams, I believe that the market will struggle throughout the month of August and begin its run into the Bitcoin halving that happens in April 2024. My personal hope is that the crypto market recovery begins in earnest towards the end of September.

Sure, the markets could still surprise us all in August but I am not getting my hopes up, so we will take a portion of our liquid assets and move them into stables until the second week of September.

In the meantime we all can look forward to the launch of, “The Highest of Stakes” movie on August 4th, 2023. It will not be showing here in Panama but I can live vicariously through all of my fellow HEXicans who will be watching it in theaters.

A Few Updates For The No Permissions Newsletter.

Time for a Few No Permissions Updates!

It has been quite a month around here. My partner Grace Christian has been in Panama and is heading home tomorrow. While he was here we made our plan for the future of No Permissions and made a few deals along the way.

First up, I have decided to do less live-streaming and focus more on my recorded content which I can have a little bit more control of as well as create short form content for you guys and gals. I will still do plenty of live-streaming with guests and commit to my Monday and Wednesday night time slots.

Second, we have tentatively set up a window of time in order to bring the No Permissions community your first ever conference here in Panama. It will be either the last week of January or the first week of February. We are trying to front run Carnival here in Panama. Which is the second week of February. We will have about 250 spots available for the conference. We will be talking about Crypto, Living Abroad, Digital Nomads, Residency, Real Estate, Precious Metals, Banking, and of course Health.

Third, I want to give you a heads up that we will be bringing you multiple real estate projects over the next year that will blow most peoples minds. No, we don’t need to raise capital in order to buy the properties! These projects are both way ahead of the average crypto real estate projects. I am waiting on the 9Inch launch with great anticipation. The team is working hard on the sac numbers and they are frank that the numbers on the website are off. They are working hard on correcting those. Also they are still waiting on the completed audits. I thought they would have been launched by now, but like RH says, “Software is hard”. You would not believe the hate mail and threats I am getting over this project. Wowser, there are many angry people in this world.

Over the last few No Permissions Patreon Strategy Calls we have been diving deep into liquidity farming. This includes PHUX and of course PLSX. Of course I am pumped for the upcoming single-sided staking that will be offered on 9INCH and RH has hinted that PLSX might have single-sided staking soon.

I also want to reiterate my firm belief that we won’t see any real rally in crypto until the end of September. If you have followed me long enough you know that I am a firm believer that we are in the midst of the Jubilee year which is a 50 year cycle on the Jewish calendar. Once we complete this cycle I believe we will once again have a market that is primed to move up. Up until them I am cautious.

The IRS Formed July 1, 1862; 160 years ago (though the name originates from 1918). I think John Jacob Astor IV, who was prominently anti-Federal Reserve would sure hope so, since he died on the Titanic while other tycoons who were pro-Federal Reserve mysteriously missed the famed fateful voyage.

John Jacob Astor IV (July 13, 1864 – April 15, 1912) was an American business magnate, real estate developer, investor, writer, lieutenant colonel in the Spanish–American War, and a prominent member of the Astor family. He died in the sinking of the Titanic during the early hours of April 15, 1912.

Notable pro-Federal Reserve supporters who missed the voyage include JP Morgan the banking tycoon and Milton Hershey the chocolate magnate. They both cancelled their trips at the last minute, sparking many conspiracy theories to this day.

Whether or not you think the founding of the private Federal Reserve and ultimately the IRS to help collect taxes was nefarious. It can’t be denied that the system these men set up was designed to usurp the American people and their political system. On this upcoming July 4th, I would love everyone to think of this quote by Thomas Jefferson, "When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny".

I personally think Taxation and Inflation are Theft and it is time the people took back control of their money. The IRS is the enforcer of the taxes and the Federal Reserve are the ones setting the inflation rates. As we have seen since 1913, when the Federal Reserve was founded the US Dollar has declined in value over 90%!

Now, lets talk about what is happening this month. the same people who have systematically caused our money to depreciate over the last 110 years now will to launch FEDNOW. No, I do not think the full scope of evil I imagine will be implemented this month but hear me now. The future of the people of the United States and any country that implements a CBDC will be doomed to lose their freedoms. The powers that be will use their new found power to program the money in order to control your future.

At least with the option of cash we can buy and sell what we please. When we allow them to take away cash, we allow them to take away our freedoms. Recently I had two instances while using Paypal where invoices were paid and Paypal deemed them suspicious and would not credit the other Paypal accounts. If the transactions would have been done with crypto, precious metals or cash this would not have been an issue.

I believe this is the foreshadowing of what is to come, in the West, and any country who implements a CBDC system. So this is my warning to be very wary as the USA rolls our FEDNOW over the next year and as countries around the world launch their own CBDC system.

This past week was an amazing experience for me. I had the pleasure of being part of the first ever collaborative crypto course with my friend Ben DuBard. Our first class is now prepared to tackle the incredible world of cryptocurrency. I want to give a special shout out to my friend DollarCostCrypto, for being a guest.

Now, this week has also been eventful because despite the negative rhetoric out of parts of Washington. Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole is looking pretty good. It seems we are successfully past the suckers rally and moving into the accumulation phase of the market. Now, as I have mentioned multiple times on my livestreams. I believe this part of the cycle will last up until the Bitcoin Halving which is in approximately 305 days. As you probably already know, I am not much of a TA guy. I prefer to follow cycles. History tends to repeat in Crypto.

Below is a chart of the Bitcoin Halving rallies. This should give you a great perspective of what to expect in the coming two years.

So if history repeats or at least rhymes. We should have a slight rally for the rest of 2023 which I believe will get serious after September. This current pump in the last week could be related to issues in Russia and the drop in value of the Ruble. Bitcoin was once again acting as a safe have asset in a tumultuous period.

So what does this mean for other cryptocurrencies? Well Bitcoin will likely have a run up prior to the other cryptos. This is where we get the term, “Bitcoin Dominance”. Right now, Bitcoin dominance is sitting at around 50% but it is bound to keep rising. I would not be surprised if BTC hit a dominance of over 80% prior to the Bitcoin Halving. The good news is that dominance does not stay there. People want to make money so shortly after the peak, big money will shift attention to the other cryptocurrencies.

The good news is that there is massive opportunity here. While Bitcoin Maxi’s and newbs to crypto are chasing a 2X-4X pump, you can be buying up quality assets in the crypto space while everything is still down over 80% from their previous highs. This is why I call this period accumulation phase.

This is where the big money is made in crypto. While everyone is distracted by Bitcoin doing what it does up until the halving. There is a short period of opportunity, 6 months or so, for us to quietly buy up our favorite projects before the Youtube FURU’s begin talking about these assets. These are the assets that could 20X-100X.

Being a Content Creator in a Bear Market is Not For The Faint of Heart.

I for one love dogs, so please don’t get offended by me associating a poorly mannered crypto community with a cute little doggy. This was just the first thing to come to mind as I have had to traverse through what seems to be a largely ungrateful group of people over the last few weeks.

I admit that I have wanted to step away from my public persona and tend to the tightly knit community we have built at No Permissions. At least in the private community people are learning and having a blast doing it. We waited two years for Pulsechain to launch and now we are learning as a team how to best capitalize on this gold mine that has been set before us.

The way these people across social media attack the content creators is beyond rational to me. I am not just speaking about me. I am standing up for anyone in the HEX, Pulsechain, and Pulsex community who are putting forth an effort to educate and help the people who voluntarily sacrificed for this new Layer 1 blockchain we know as Pulsechain. I launched over 40 projects in my almost 1 decade in cryptocurrency. I have only seen this level of whining and complaining in one other project and that was entirely due to a team that was inept.

Not one content creator in this ecosystem has been paid by Richard Heart, a company, or any company directly associated with Pulsechain. We are all volunteers who love what we do. You genuinely have to have a passion to help others to get on stream, write articles, or build websites to help the community. Whether it is Crypto Coffee, Chrispyman, or ATX Crypto, all of these people do this work because they love it. People who actively attack anyone who is doing something out of passion is a low energy being in my opinion.

Going forward I will likely taper off my public appearances. It was 100% my choice to start streaming in a bear market. I knew the dangers of walking into a den of hyenas and I did it anyways. I definitely found my threshold.
