class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s a beautiful morning here, and I’m going through my weekly analytics on all my content streams, of which my #buildinpublic project is a very important priority for me.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This week, as promised, I’ll be sharing the:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Google Search Console (GSC) Analytics of one of my main project websites - <a class="link" href="https://www.notion.so/8-Newsletter-How-I-m-building-my-blog-for-SUCCESS-2b48c9573684404a9c56693169080e6c?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-i-m-building-my-blog-for-success" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Biliate</a></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">My Upcoming Plans with Biliate to Make it a SUCCESS (Authority)</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So let’s start with the first one without wasting any time…</p><hr class="content_break"><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">The GSC Analytics Makes Me Feel Better</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I started with this project more than a month ago, as I saw this domain as the best way for me to gain more <b>PRACTICE</b> with my SEO and blogging skills.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Apart from that, the <b>vision</b> is to make it so much better that people prefer this website for learning about Content Creation, in the coming time.</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/b8fe42bb-7f5d-4131-87d0-d57d65fbcf40/Screenshot_2023-05-22_102050.png"/></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And I started with a basic web design and started experimenting with sub-niches, to find the one I’m gonna niche down in the upcoming months, because that’s the best solopreneur strategy when it comes to building authority on the web, through TOPICAL AUTHORITY!</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If you don’t know, topical authority is a strategy of creating content in one or more niches, with a good number of articles (say more than 100 posts in a niche), and thereby becoming an expert or go-to authority in those topics.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Writing 100 articles in just 1 niche is a much better investment than writing 10 articles in 10 different niches.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And here I got my niche to work on - Content Monetization!</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It indeed took some time to find it, but I started posting on it in May on a regular basis.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And here I am, with <b>27 articles</b> on Biliate’s Blog (as of today).</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s not even one month, but I’m seeing a good increase in impressions and page views on my site’s GSC.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Have a look:</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/7f55dc27-1832-4585-b7ca-da165e1375c3/Screenshot_2023-05-22_090608.png"/><div class="image__source"><span class="image__source_text"><p>GSC Analytics </p></span></div></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The site crossed its 100 impressions per day milestone this week, which is not a bad start.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It takes more time to index and rank articles on Google, as it’s a complex process with algorithms and ranking.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Still, 2-3 (latest) articles of mine are not indexed <i>(Probably this upcoming week)</i>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Good thing, we are heading in the right direction.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Stats:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">No. of total posts: 27</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">No. of posts added last week: 4</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Impressions per month increased by 159%</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Pageviews increased by 167%</p></li></ol><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/375f7e46-dae8-4b9f-a38e-6ab9debb85a8/Screenshot_2023-05-22_090829.png"/><div class="image__source"><span class="image__source_text"><p>GSC Comparison Analytics</p></span></div></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Now let’s talk about what exactly I plan to do in the coming months for Biliate’s growth plan for success in 2023.</p><hr class="content_break"><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Biliate’s Growth Plan for Success</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So let’s see what I plan about blog posts first, as it’s the main channel of website traffic.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Blog Posts</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I started posting consistently after I had 16-18 articles on my blog already (my old domain, haha)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, the <b>basic plan</b> for posting is:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">10 Response Posts (Articles between 1000-2000 words)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">10 Staple posts (Articles between 2000-3000 words)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">10 Pillar Posts (Articles with more than 3000+ words)</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So… It will be 50 posts on the blog when we are done with these.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is quite good to elevate the blog and get some good content in front of Google to start ranking, sending traffic to the website, and also considering Biliate as an authority.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">After this I’ll be posting it, but less frequently (like 15 posts per month) which will keep going forward.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">YT videos</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Now we got some good content, it’s time to build some organic good quality backlinks from YT.</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/39b8c818-c9e2-440a-ab60-a403e6e1912b/Screenshot_2023-05-22_102552.png"/><div class="image__source"><a class="image__source_link" href="https://www.youtube.com/@Biliate/?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-i-m-building-my-blog-for-success" rel="noopener" target="_blank"><span class="image__source_text"><p>Biliate YT channel</p></span></a></div></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This will be just creating 1 or 2 videos per week on the same content we have on the website, from June.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Thereby, repurposing the content in video format and adding the blog post link in the description of each video.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Cool?</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Will keep doing that in a consistent manner as it will build some <b>backlinks</b> for the site, and also contribute as proof of authority in front of Google.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Good thing???</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’ll get to learn more about video creation, lighting, and editing stuff. Best practice for content creators.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Agree?</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Put Ads on the Website</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is the first step to start monetization on the website from the blog posts.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I don’t have an exact day planned to start, but when I cross 1k+ pageviews, I’ll deploy it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Will be a great practice for understanding how to implement ads on a website in a good way, as I have learned a lot about it and have also been blogging about it on Biliate.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The ads will work best when we cross <b>50k+ pageviews</b> on the site, but also good to earn a few bucks monthly.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Create Digital Products</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is a thing that works best for a website when it has become an authority in its space.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">As if we don’t have a good number of visitors, we will hardly get any conversions.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">These info products and courses will be some <b>high-value</b> ones but need good proof of authority for persuading anyone to buy.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I must tell. it’s easier in the personal branding space but takes more time in the website or blog brand.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Gonna start working on it in the 5th month, when I believe the blog will cross <b>50k+ pageviews</b>, for sure.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Conclusion</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Even though plans are good and keep us focused and disciplined, it’s important to understand that the time factor can be a little different than our expectations.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">What matters is we move forward according to our analytics plan than worrying about the time.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Even if it gets late, we will reach it in <b>6-8 months</b>…</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It’s all about consistency, quality content, and good SEO moves that will make Biliate a good authority in the industry.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I know sharing the plans is not the best move before achieving it, but since you are my personal brand audience…</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">…I felt the feeling of sharing it with you and getting your valuable feedback on it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Thanks for reading this newsletter. Have a great week ahead.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Lmk your feedback or any questions you have on this. Will appreciate any feedback on it, especially constructive ones.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><i>(To make sure you keep receiving my weekly emails in your primary inbox, please add </i></span><i><a class="link" href="mailto:thecreatorsnewsletter@mail.beehiiv.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">thecreatorsnewsletter@mail.beehiiv.com</a></i><i> </i><span style="font-size:16px;"><i>to your address book or whitelist)</i></span></p></div><div class='beehiiv__footer'><br class='beehiiv__footer__break'><hr class='beehiiv__footer__line'><a target="_blank" class="beehiiv__footer_link" style="text-align: center;" href="https://www.beehiiv.com/?utm_campaign=8cbe347e-ebd8-49e0-8399-2a2a28175e2b&utm_medium=post_rss&utm_source=the_creator_s_newsletter">Powered by beehiiv</a></div></div>

But still works with few as it’s hard to manage all of it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I’ll also share the score he gives for each one of those experiences, on the basis of the freedom the job gives. Let’s go:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Affiliating (4/5)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Community (2/5) {This was the reason he left, as his primary purpose is Freedom}</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Coaching & Consulting (3/5)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Ghostwriting (2.5/5)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Group Coaching (3.5/5)</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Digital Products (4.5/5)</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">You can see from his ratings, the kind of job/work he likes to do more.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">He has 4 FREE Notion products to share and charges only for - <b>Viral Inspiration Lab</b>.</p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/19a6f221-6aae-4e21-bc25-8aa9c2f904c7/Screenshot_2023-05-14_151357.png"/><div class="image__source"><span class="image__source_text"><p>Taken from LinkedIn Profile</p></span></div></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>(will tell you more about his creator business, if you wanna learn, in upcoming newsletters - reply to vote)</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The thing he earns around 50% of his revenue from the Lab Product, which takes the least of his time, and gives him the highest returns.</p><h3 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">The Secret to His Growth on Twitter as a Content Creator</h3><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">He also started as everyone and soon grabbed the understanding of providing real value to his audience that they can’t believe can be given for free.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Believe me when I say this…</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I have tried and tested his FREEBIE courses. They are dope!</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And this is the real trick or we can say the best way to attract & serve our audience.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">To give freebies so good, that the audience dreams about how good the paid ones will be.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And he monetizes only the IMPLEMENTATION of his content (viral labs).</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">He does it in a professional way which I love about his work.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Every time you get his freebies, you are on his email list. The best-owned audience + a list of raving fans that are pretty much interested to buy his courses or products.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Conclusion</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is what I’m also coming up with my personal brand after confusing my audience with writing, in so broad niche.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Gonna be more focused on serving my 3 different niches only and trying to come up with a product that converts people and also serves them so well that they can’t deny it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">As Alex Hormozi says it all, “<b>Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No”!!!</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, that’s it for this newsletter. Hope you found this one valuable and learned something useful from it.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">See you next Sunday!</p><hr class="content_break"><div class="section" style="background-color:transparent;margin:0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;padding:0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">💡 Stuff I’m sharing about in the next (Sunday) newsletter:</p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Biliate’s GSC Analytics of this week</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The 6 Months Plan for Biliate in Content Creation</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">(Wanted to cover them today, but you can see how lengthy the post went)</p></div></div><div class='beehiiv__footer'><br class='beehiiv__footer__break'><hr class='beehiiv__footer__line'><a target="_blank" class="beehiiv__footer_link" style="text-align: center;" href="https://www.beehiiv.com/?utm_campaign=9ca48d80-48ca-4075-bc2e-8775ae11c82a&utm_medium=post_rss&utm_source=the_creator_s_newsletter">Powered by beehiiv</a></div></div>

Whether you&#39;re a seasoned pro or just getting started, there&#39;s something here for everyone. </span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">So let&#39;s dive in...</span><br></p><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">📈Measuring Engagement Success</h1><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">When I first joined Twitter in February 2022, I was a bit overwhelmed by the constant stream of information and the fast-paced nature of the platform. However, I slowly started to understand the ins and outs of Twitter and began to engage more with big accounts and friends on the platform. </span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">It wasn&#39;t until December that I really started to see some traction with my engagement, averaging around 20-30 engagements per day. But, as I continued to experiment with my engagement strategies, I realized that reaching 1k followers was crucial to gaining more visibility and engagement on the platform. </span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">So, I shifted my focus in January and began to prioritize engagement over everything else. And, it paid off. By the first week of February, I was averaging over </span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b>100 engagements per day</b></span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"> and I had grown my followers by 25% in just 15 days.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is around <b>100</b> followers that’s gonna be added to my account in just <b>February</b>, most probably. Currently, it’s around 50 followers in under 15 days.<br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Remember, high engagement is a habit that takes time to build. If you take it all in, you&#39;re probably gonna get exhausted due to a sudden change of work.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">But engaging will be one of the best decisions you&#39;ll take to lift off your audience and make more friends who will encourage you to get better every day.</span></p><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:left;"><a class="link" href="https://emojipedia.org/left-speech-bubble/?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-to-engage-100-times-on-twitter-everyday" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">🗨️</a>Learn how to Engage more</h1><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">One of the most effective ways to boost engagement on Twitter is to engage in conversations with other users, particularly with big accounts in your industry or niche. This can be achieved through thoughtful and genuine comments on their tweets. </span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Start by following big accounts that you admire and engage with their content on a regular basis. While it can be effective, it&#39;s just one part of a larger engagement plan. You should also consider other strategies, such as retweeting, sharing relevant content, participating in Twitter chats, and using visuals in your tweets. By diversifying your engagement tactics, you can build a well-rounded Twitter presence that resonates with your target audience and helps you achieve your goals on the platform.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">I&#39;m here to tell you the way of engaging by commenting on tweets, today.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">So, there are two main ways to do this:</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">1. </span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b>Engagement Tool</b></span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">: Twitter engagement tools are software or services that can help you improve your presence and engagement on Twitter. These tools come in many different forms, such as social media management platforms, scheduling tools, analytics tools, and follower analysis tools.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">One of the finest examples of such a tool is </span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><a class="link" href="https://engagementbuilder.com/?via=ayoosh&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-to-engage-100-times-on-twitter-everyday" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Engagement builder</a></span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"> - It is an engagement-centric platform that helps you with commenting on tweets without going to Twitter and helps you convert likes to followers, followers to friends, and friends to business opportunities. </span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">My take on it: It&#39;s a great productivity improvement software that will help you comment on the most number of tweets without getting distracted.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">2. </span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b>Direct Engagement</b></span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">: This works as it is spelled. Engage with tweets on the Twitter website/app only. This is my way of engagement, the hard way and the more real way probably.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Let me dive you in, in the simplest and most effective way possible.</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Here are also two ways in this type:</span><br><br><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">a) </span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b>With List</b></span><span style="color:rgb(32, 33, 36);font-family:Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">: This is the organized way. This way helped me go from 50 to a 100+ avg. engagements. You can learn how to create & organize your lists on Twitter from this thread by one of my friends - Jordan Parker.</span></p><blockquote align="center" class="twitter-tweet"><a href="https://twitter.com/JordanDParker_/status/1622588734540599296?s=20&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-to-engage-100-times-on-twitter-everyday"><p> Twitter tweet </p></a></blockquote><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">After having a set of lists, like in my case I have <b>5 lists</b> that are only for engaging and interacting with different tweets categorized on the basis of niches. <i>(See them in the image below)</i></p><div class="image"><img alt="" class="image__image" style="" src="https://media.beehiiv.com/cdn-cgi/image/fit=scale-down,format=auto,onerror=redirect,quality=80/uploads/asset/file/f67f9fe6-ace6-41f9-870c-06266eabee5f/Twitter_lists.png"/></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I interact with each niche based on different times throughout the day. It helps me categorize all niches and also focuses on prioritizing with whom to interact on a daily basis. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I also have this rule of engaging with at least 5 people whom I&#39;ve never met before. Helps a lot.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Now, another approach...</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">b) <b>Without List</b>: This is the simplest way for beginners. Interact with all accounts in your Twitter timeline without any limitations and rules. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This has quite a bad effect on your engagement and productivity. Because you&#39;re constantly interacting with tweets without any filter to whom to interact and without priority.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It&#39;s still a good way to start and add a habit of engaging slowly and steadily.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let&#39;s talk also about the habit of engaging and its importance...</p><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">🔁Building a Habit of Engagement</h1><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Creating a habit of commenting on tweets on a daily basis can help increase engagement and build relationships with other Twitter users. To get started, it&#39;s important to identify accounts that share content relevant to your interests or industry. Once you&#39;ve identified these accounts, you can add them to an organized Twitter list to make it easier to find and engage with their tweets. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Start by commenting on a few tweets per day, gradually increasing the number of comments over time. For example, you could aim to comment on 20 tweets per day for the first week, then gradually increase to 40, 60, and so on. Using an organized Twitter list can help you keep track of the accounts you want to engage with and ensure that you are commenting on a variety of tweets. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">As you comment more frequently, be sure to engage authentically and add value to the conversation. By building a habit of commenting on tweets on a daily basis, you can increase your visibility on Twitter and build meaningful relationships with other users.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This will help others know about your expertise or knowledge on different stuff, and also what types of opinions you have on different types of topics on Twitter in our out of your niche.</p><hr class="content_break"><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>PRO TIP</b>: If you’re competition friendly and watch it daily, then just try crossing your past 28th-day impressions and replies, at the start, to get a daily motivation and goal. 😉</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Example: Today is 17 Feb and you have goals to cross the impressions and replies of 17th Jan only. Your day goal is to defeat yourself every day. Cool? </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Tell me how it went in replies or in my twitter DMs.</p><hr class="content_break"><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Keep engaging and keep getting better.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">See you, next week creators.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Cheers, Raj!</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">PS: Support me by sharing this free newsletter with your creator friends circles, who’ll find it useful, just like you. </p><div class="button" style="text-align:center;"><a target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" class="button__link" style="" href="https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Join+me+in+this+amazing+newsletter+where+%40rajayoosh+shares+his+lessons+and+tips+from+his+content+creation+journey&url=https%3A%2F%2Fthecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=how-to-engage-100-times-on-twitter-everyday"><span class="button__text" style=""> Share this Newsletter </span></a></div><hr class="content_break"><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:center;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Quote of the Week</span></h1><div class="blockquote"><blockquote class="blockquote__quote"></blockquote></div><hr class="content_break"><h1 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Disclaimer</h1><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I add affiliate links to the newsletter to fund this newsletter at no extra cost to you, and sometimes with extra benefits to those who click my affiliate links. Editorial Calendar Scheduling System </h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;"><span style="color:rgb(55, 65, 81);font-family:Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Noto Sans, sans-serif, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;font-size:16px;">Editorial calendars are an essential tool for content creators who want to </span><span style="color:rgb(55, 65, 81);font-family:Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Noto Sans, sans-serif, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;font-size:16px;"><b>plan and organize their work and content in advance.</b></span><span style="color:rgb(55, 65, 81);font-family:Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Noto Sans, sans-serif, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;font-size:16px;"> With an editorial calendar, you can see what you&#39;re creating in advance, so you can prioritize your time and make sure you&#39;re always producing content that&#39;s in line with your goals and objectives.</span></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">I use both <a class="link" href="https://www.google.com/calendar?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Google Calendar</a> and <a class="link" href="https://affiliate.notion.so/the-creators-newsletter?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Notion</a> to manage my editorial calendar. Google Calendar is where I schedule my creator meetings, while Notion is where I plan and organize my content. In Notion, I have a section for my upcoming blog posts, LinkedIn and Twitter posts, and newsletters. This way, I always know what I need to create and when.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">This is highly needed, when I have a website, blog, newsletter, and a personal branding Twitter account. And it helps a lot when I wake up in the morning and I’ve full clarity on how I’m gonna spend my day.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">2. Project Management Systems: </h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;"><b>These are systems that help you keep track of all the tasks involved in creating your content, from research to publication, in content creation.</b> They also can be used to create a step-by-step process for creating your content, so you know exactly what needs to be done and when.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">In my case, I use <a class="link" href="https://hypefury.com/?via=ayoosh74&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Hypefury</a> (a type of task management tool) to manage my Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. Hypefury helps me schedule my posts in advance, automate campaigns, and track their performance to make data-driven decisions about my content.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">For my <a class="link" href="https://biliate.com?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">blog</a>, I use <a class="link" href="http://wordpress.com?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">WordPress</a> as my content management system (CMS). WordPress has a simple and intuitive interface, making it easy for me to publish and manage my <a class="link" href="https://biliate.com/blog?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">blog posts</a> and my website through no-code plugins.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;"><span style="color:rgb(55, 65, 81);font-family:Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Noto Sans, sans-serif, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;font-size:16px;">Especially, when I’m starting with Building Biliate in public this week. </span></p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">3. Workflow Management Systems: </h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Workflow management systems are designed to help you streamline your work by outlining the steps involved in each task</b>. By having a clear understanding of the steps involved in creating your content, you can work more efficiently and avoid mistakes.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">For example, my content creation system:</p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1x LinkedIn Post/day</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1x SEO thread/day</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1x Personal Thread/week</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1x Blog Post/day</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1x Newsletter/week (you know it)</p></li></ul><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is how I’ve clarity on how and what to create daily, weekly, and monthly.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">These three types of systems have dramatically simplified my content creation process. I hope you&#39;ll consider trying & implementing them in your own workflow to see the benefits for yourself.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;"><b>Remember to keep systems simple, as that’s the reason for creating one.</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">If you’re working with such systems, and you have any questions related to it, give me a reply to this email, or a DM on Twitter. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:start;">See you in the next newsletter.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Cheers,</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><a class="link" href="http://twitter.com/rajayoosh?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Raj</a></p><div class="button" style="text-align:center;"><a target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" class="button__link" style="" href="https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Join+me+in+this+amazing+newsletter+where+%40rajayoosh+shares+his+lessons+and+tips+from+his+content+creation+journey&url=https%3A%2F%2Fthecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=3-types-of-systems"><span class="button__text" style=""> Promote - The Creator’s Newsletter </span></a></div></div><div class='beehiiv__footer'><br class='beehiiv__footer__break'><hr class='beehiiv__footer__line'><a target="_blank" class="beehiiv__footer_link" style="text-align: center;" href="https://www.beehiiv.com/?utm_campaign=a91541de-4235-4309-9e4c-95e93773e43d&utm_medium=post_rss&utm_source=the_creator_s_newsletter">Powered by beehiiv</a></div></div>

We&#39;ll talk about this below.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But first, let&#39;s start with the different types it could be classified into…</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Here are some of the different types of systems you can use in your content creation process:</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1. <b>Editorial Calendars:</b> These help you plan and organize your content in advance, so you always know what you need to create and when.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">2. <b>Project Management Systems:</b> These tools help you keep track of all the tasks involved in creating your content, from research to publication.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">3. <b>Workflow Management Systems:</b> These systems help you streamline your work by outlining the steps involved in each task, so you can work more efficiently and avoid mistakes.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">What I showed you above, was my Workflow management system for Content Creation. </style><div class='beehiiv__body'><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Hey there,</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I hope you&#39;re having a great day so far. I wanted to reach out to you today because I wanted to talk about something that I believe is incredibly important for anyone looking to build an audience or create content regularly - <b>Consistency</b>.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">When it comes to content creation, consistency is key. Whether you&#39;re a blogger, YouTuber, or social media influencer, the more consistent you are with your content, the more likely you are to build an engaged audience that keeps coming back for more.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">One of the biggest mistakes that I see new creators make is that they start strong, posting new content every day or every other day, but then they start to lose steam. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">They get busy with other things, or they lose their motivation, and before they know it, they&#39;re only posting once a week or even less.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is a <b>huge mistake </b>because when you&#39;re not consistently putting out new content, you&#39;re not giving your audience a reason to keep coming back. They may check in on you once in a while, but they&#39;re not going to be as invested in your content or as likely to share it with others.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">When I first started my journey as a blogger and content creator, I was excited and motivated to share my ideas and stories with the world. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">But as time went on, I found myself struggling to maintain consistency in my content creation. I would post regularly for a few weeks, but then life would get in the way and I&#39;d fall off track. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It wasn&#39;t until I realized the importance of consistency that my audience began to grow. I committed myself to set a schedule for my content and sticking to it, no matter what. I also began to plan, so that even when I was busy, I had content ready to go. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And started to focus on quality over quantity, making sure that each piece of content I put out was something that I was truly proud of. Through these changes, I&#39;ve been able to build a dedicated audience of 200 followers on Twitter and started sharing my content on LinkedIn. I&#39;ve also started creating and selling digital products.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I&#39;ve been fortunate enough to engage with many big accounts on Twitter meanwhile and network with people in the content creation industry, and growing every day.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It wasn&#39;t always easy, but by staying consistent and focusing on quality, I&#39;ve been able to turn my passion for content creation into something more. And I believe that if you&#39;re willing to put in the work and stay consistent, you can do the same. This year I&#39;m doubling down on everything <i>(will be sharing about it next week, Stay tuned!).</i> </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">_________________________________________</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>Meanwhile, if you wanna improve your consistency and grow your following on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram? </i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><i>Check out Hypefury (aff link), my go-to tool for automating my social media growth and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. </i></p><div class="button" style="text-align:center;"><a target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" class="button__link" style="" href="https://hypefury.com/?via=ayoosh74&utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=unlock-the-power-of-consistency-in-content-creation"><span class="button__text" style=""> Try Hypefury </span></a></div><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">_________________________________________</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Tips to maintain Consistency in Content Creation </h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, how do you maintain consistency when it comes to content creation? Here are a few tips:</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">1. Set a schedule: One of the best ways to stay consistent is to set a schedule for yourself. Decide how often you want to post new content and then stick to that schedule. Whether it&#39;s once a day, once a week, or somewhere in between, having a set schedule will help you stay on track.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">2. Plan ahead: Another way to maintain consistency is to plan. If you know that you&#39;re going to be busy next week, plan out your content in advance so that you can still post something even if you don&#39;t have time to create something new.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">3. Focus on quality over quantity: While consistency is important, it&#39;s also important to remember that quality is just as important. It&#39;s better to post one high-quality piece of content per week than to post five low-quality pieces of content.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">4. Create a content calendar: Finally, consider creating a content calendar to help you stay organized and on track. This can be as simple as a Google Calendar or an Excel spreadsheet, but it can be a great way to keep track of when you need to post new content and what you&#39;re going to post.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I hope these tips will help you stay consistent and achieve success in content creation. And don&#39;t forget, my journey is proof that it is possible to turn your passion into something more with the right mindset and hard work.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let me know if you have any questions or if there&#39;s anything specific you&#39;d like me to cover in future emails. I&#39;m here to help and support you in your content creation journey.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Best,</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><a class="link" href="https://twitter.com/RajAyoosh?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=unlock-the-power-of-consistency-in-content-creation" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Raj</a></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">P.S. - Before you get back from this email, I would like to ask you for your feedback or reply to this email. I have started this email, not just to post content every week, but to connect with my audience who wants to dig deeper into content creation with me and help them in any possible way.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So please give me a reply, and I mean any! </style><div class='beehiiv__body'><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>Welcome to the first post of - The Creator&#39;s Newsletter!</b></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">To kick off this newsletter, I&#39;d like to take a moment to introduce myself and my journey as a content creator. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In this newsletter, I&#39;ll be giving you an inside look into my motivation for creating content, my reasons for starting this newsletter, and how I plan to continue to grow and improve as a creator in 2023.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, whom are we waiting for? Let’s dive in!</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">My Introduction</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">My name is Ayoosh Raj and I&#39;m a content creator from India. I have a passion for writing, blogging, audience building, and digital creation. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Currently, I&#39;m an undergraduate student, with plans to move to Silicon Valley in a few years to explore entrepreneurship and business building. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">As a side hustle, I have started learning skills and exploring more about how the media and content industry works. And here I’m building an audience on Twitter, writing blog posts, and sending email newsletters.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let’s start with my story…</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">What motivated me to start with content creation?</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I&#39;ve always had a love for writing and a desire to share my perspectives and experiences with others. In February 2022, I started a small niche blog with a friend where I helped him as a writer. This is what helped me to understand how articles were written and published on the Internet. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This is also when I discovered the Twitter audience-building creator community and started building a personal brand for myself.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I didn&#39;t have much experience with website creation, design, and optimization, so I began learning more about it, to become a full-time content creator one day (which is still my aspiration, haha). </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, I started a blog on a old domain I bought in 2021, and also started experimenting with different forms of content on various platforms like WordPress, Medium, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I found that I enjoyed creating written content as-well-as, engaging with other creators on Twitter and learning from them.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So, I also started to gain knowledge on Twitter audience building slowly and steadily, with engaging and networking with big accounts and experts. And I must say, I love the Twitter community.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">That’s what has made me persist to tweet, and engage every single day, publish articles weekly, and launch products. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>What have I gained so far?</b></p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">The niche site I started with my friend has a good number of page views and has also got accepted by Ezoic.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Grew my Twitter following from 0 to 200.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Gained experience by launching two digital product freebies on Gumroad, one on email marketing and the other on Twitter validation.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Had the opportunity to meet and learn from many amazing founders and business owners through calls and tweets in 2022.</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Started my own blog, publishing content on it, and seeing organic traffic going up slowly. </p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Stated this newsletter to share my journey and share the lessons I learn in content creation. (A little nervous)</p></li></ul><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">Why started this newsletter?</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I wanted to find a way to connect with my audience in a more meaningful way, and I believe that newsletters are the perfect tool for that. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">It allows me to share my personal learnings and experiences in content creation and provide valuable insights and tips to help my subscribers improve their own content creation skills. It also helps me to become more comfortable with writing, email marketing, and storytelling on a weekly basis.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">There are many benefits to having a newsletter, such as: </p><ul><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Direct and personal connection with the audience</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Increased reach and engagement</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">More control over design and layout</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Targeted and personalized messages</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Increased brand awareness and loyalty</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Opportunities for monetization</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Measurable results</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Drive traffic to a website or other online platforms</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Cost-effective marketing solution</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Builds an email list of interested subscribers.</p></li></ul><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Let&#39;s see where I can go with this newsletter... <i>(Curious)</i></p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Overall, my aspiration is not to take over the niche or something but to learn about how the internet and search engines work, how content is created and delivered, how it affects people and the economy, how to start a business remotely, how people can become producers from consumers, and more.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And I would love to share my journey of learning, creation, experimentation, experiences of success and failures, etc., with an audience who want to learn more about content creation, like me.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And who also wanna go through the BTS of a creator&#39;s life, who desires to be profitable with his work as a content creator, working remotely from a laptop and internet from India.</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">What Creative Streams do I Manage?</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">As a content creator, I always say that we need to be a jack-of-all-internet-trades.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">This means that we need many skills to become a successful creators until we have a VC investor backing us on our creator journey, which allows us to delegate tasks to freelancers or employees. (not general)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">And we learn all these skills for becoming a professional creator in a particular or a set of creative streams.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">For example: Let&#39;s take podcasting. To become a podcaster, one should learn skills such as audio production, writing, storytelling, interviewing, marketing, podcast hosting, technical skills, networking, audience engagement, continual learning, and having a passion for the topic (and more with time).</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">So I&#39;m also working on a set of skills to learn to manage my creative streams, that I&#39;m currently passionate about, like: </p><ol start="1"><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Blogging - My Personal Blog</p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Twitter Audience Building - <a class="link" href="https://twitter.com/rajayoosh/?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=hello-from-the-creator-a-personal-introduction-to-the-creator-s-corner" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">My Personal Twitter Account</a></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Building <a class="link" href="https://rajayoosh.gumroad.com/?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=hello-from-the-creator-a-personal-introduction-to-the-creator-s-corner" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">my portfolio</a> of Digital Products </p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Building an Email List - <a class="link" href="https://thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com/?utm_source=thecreatorsnewsletter.beehiiv.com&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=hello-from-the-creator-a-personal-introduction-to-the-creator-s-corner" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">The Creator&#39;s Newsletter</a></p></li><li><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Meeting & Engaging with other creators and industry experts.</p></li></ol><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">These are the streams that I manage, currently. </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Last but not least...</p><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;">What are my Plans for 2023?</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">In 2023, I plan to continue to grow my audience, improve my skills and expand my creative streams to include video content creation in terms of reels, YT videos, or courses (not sure about that). </p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">I also plan to offer paid services and products to help my audience achieve their goals faster, at a rate that could pay for the hard work I&#39;m gonna do for them (just like most businesses do)</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">If I go more specific about my goals, then let me announce them here.
