Depth beats breadth at your stage.</b> One tool embedded deeply into your workflow beats ten tools you evaluated. Pick the one that removes your biggest bottleneck and stop scrolling.</p><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;"><b>3. Staying current is a maintenance task, not a strategy.</b> Schedule 30 minutes a week for landscape awareness. Outside that window, it&#39;s noise. Protect everything else for execution.</p><hr class="content_break"><h2 class="heading" style="text-align:left;" id="a-quick-reality-check">A Quick Reality Check</h2><p class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">A founder I worked with was rebuilding her product roadmap every six weeks because a new AI capability kept &quot;changing everything.&quot; Her team was exhausted. Her investors were confused. Stop answering questions you&#39;ve already answered.</b><br>If someone asks you the same question twice, the problem isn&#39;t them. It&#39;s your system. Build a decision framework, record a Loom, write it down.
