The business arena is the one most founders and executives know well. It&#39;s mapped, written about, celebrated.

The other arena, being a present father while leading a company, is rarely entered with the same intention, and almost never discussed with the same seriousness. 

That&#39;s the conversation I want to have with my guests. In every episode we explore fatherhood first and the business they&#39;ve built second. We talk about the tensions, the decisions, and the unexpected ways each arena shapes the other.
